My husband and I have been dealing with Advantage Insurance since we bought a house last May to be close to our grandchildren. We chose Advantage Insurance on the advice of our son, who already had a policy with them. He liked the fact that you can call directly and speak with a person, who answers the phone, instead of having to navigate an artificial intelligence phone menu. We have specifically dealt with Christian Pineda (Chris), who helped set up our original policy, provided documentation later (when we couldn’t find our copy), and most recently, helped us adjust our policy to change the coverage - something he did right in the phone call, then emailed a .pdf policy update within minutes of ending our call. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate working with Chris, and his whole team at Advantage Insurance - we recommend them highly, and without reservation.

I have worked with AIS now for about 10 years! They have taken care of my businesses several homes and all auto insurance through the entire time! I am still impressed with the level of service! They are constantly updating me and keeping me current in everything! Every year they actually come to me and tell me what changes need to be made to save us money from workman’s comp to auto. When I called TeamAIS (Advantage Insurance Solutions), the first good thing was that someone answered the phone! I had called 2 other insurance companies, and gotten an answering machine and a phone menu with AI (artificial intelligence), and in neither case was I able to reach a person; frustrating. But Chris (Christian) at AIS answered the phone on the 3rd or 4th ring, and was immediately able to begin helping me, taking down the information he needed to submit a price quote request on a homeowners policy. I appreciated his efficient professionalism and friendly demeanor. It was a pleasure to go through the process with him, and I was very pleased with the experience. 5 stars!

I could not be more irritated with this company if I could give less stars I would. Definitely look at other options before giving your money to this company. I originally started a policy with this company because the agent was adamant that he could get me a lower rate in 6 months so at 6 months I contacted them and got no response, my policy renewed and I was stuck with the same rate. So at a year I contacted them again and they were very dismissive and told me I had the lowest rate available… seems weird because any other company I found gave me a quote for $50-$75 less. I went ahead and contacted them to tell them to cancel my policy. They took a long time to respond and when they did they told me my policy was canceled and I thought everything was over and good. I canceled on a Thursday and that Sunday the funds for my policy were deducted anyway. I immediately contacted them and they said because I canceled over the weekend (apparently Thursdays are weekends) they went ahead and processed the payment… and that I will receive a refund in 7-10 days (days not business days) and 11 days in still had not received a refund and I was extremely tight on money for two weeks because I had to pay for insurance twice. I contacted them again and they just brushed it off and told me to contact their mother company about it so I waited on hold and they told me that my agent did not cancel the policy immediately and so in there system it didn’t go through. So because of his laziness it took 15 days to get a refund and the company they use to give refunds charges fees. Extremely unprofessional and I will tell all of my family and friends to avoid this company. Watch out for these unprofessional people.
