I had just moved to NC from another state and was looking for insurance for my vehicle. I looked up insurance companies and this company was the first one that came up. I am so happy that I got to talk to MS. Cathy and was able to get my policy started. I will most definitely be recommending her to anyone and everyone that I come in contact with that needs coverage. Thank you MS. Cathy for all your hard work and for helping me get coverage.

I was seeking an auto for my vehicle. I have inquired with numerous other providers, in which the policies were just so far out of my budget. I came across ACF insurance on the web and Oh boy it must have been God sent!!🙏🏿 I knew i had found the correct agent because within the first words from Mrs. Cathy were so comforting, welcoming,patient and Professional ALL in one! And their insurance was 2x lower than most! I may would hve paid double the price just so that I could continue to talk with her.😊 Ms Cathy i look forward to doing business n talking with you! I HAVE recommended it to others. I have received excellent service both when we had a claim in 2005 (amazing adjuster in Greensboro nc) and when the home co-owner died days before the bill was due. He had always dealt with this and I didn’t know how to log in or what to do. Very understanding service and helpful at a very stressful and painful time. It’s great to deal with real human beings instead of bots and poorly trained staff. Ryan was top notch.
