With their subscription model and high prices, it's a bit like being pickpocketed. The technicians that come out are great, but the arrival window is 12 hours! Stay home the whole day and last time (summer) they didn't come at all! Finally, the office staff are only limited to reading a script. It's AI without the I.

D’Vante Butler was excellent!! He was friendly, professional, and knew what he was doing. It is not always about the price, it is about whether or not I’m comfortable allowing a person into my home. I would highly recommend Accutemp Services to friends and family. I will be calling again soon for a plumbing issue.

Andrew quoted a price for sealing the ductwork leading to 2 vents in my kitchen/breakfast room area but was unable to get to one of the vents due to our hip roof not allowing access. Price was not adjusted. He is a very polite and efficient worker. I hate that I can’t get a better time frame for visits other than “anytime during the day”, and that’s not his fault. Even knowing morning or afternoon would allow me to get something else accomplished on the day that service is requested.
