Cameron Telfair is by far the best representative I have ever spoken with from an insurance company alone!!! He was very punctual, explanatory and honest with everything during our call. He was also surprisingly fast with getting me taken care of. I spent no more than 30 minutes getting an affordable, self-explanatory policy, set up paid for and active. I greatly appreciate him for taking his time out to work with me and actually getting me the help I needed because I am not easy to work with at times lol.

hey , I recently browsed for some car insurance and I was accompanied by employee Valaria Sapp she is full of energy and light and she really made my day . She even took her time to work with me and help me find the best possible solution for my situation. I really appreciated her help and ongoing support and advice she is a wonderful person !!

Cameron deserves all the stars! I had been dealing with pure frustration before speaking with Cameron. Other representatives had hung up on me and even cursed at me while I was just trying to cancel my policy. By the time I reached Cameron, I was irritated and honestly ready to give up. But Cameron went above and beyond. He was patient, professional, and genuinely kind. He didn’t just help me cancel my policy smoothly — he made sure everything was handled properly and even had me laughing by the end of the call. That kind of compassion and customer service is rare. Cameron turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the way he treated me with respect and care.
