Overall incredibly impressed with Joel. He took his time to hear us and clean the carpets of the apartment we just moved into. The rate was incredibly affordable, and Joel was so kind. The carpets look unrecognizable, no longer clumped and dirty, the wear on them looks very improved as well. Before pics as well as after.

The couch was still covered in cobwebs on and underneath the skirt. I specifically said it had been sitting in a basement for years and am trying to rid the couch of basement dust and spiders. Obviously a basement floor would effect the dirtiness on the skirt of a couch that touches the floor. All you had to do was flip up the skirt to see it was dirty and it clearly was not even touched. Also the mattress area (the pull out that the matress sits on) was covered in dust still. I didnt realize it would not be even wiped down at the very least. Why would I want a clean mattress set back onto a dirty spot covered in dust. That kind of defeats the purpose of getting it cleaned. The job took less than an hour and obviously was rushed. It makes me question the integrity of the clean overall. I paid a lot of money for a below average, partial job.

This was my first time getting my carpets cleaned, and I was really pleased! The technician arrived right on time, was kind and helpful, and did an excellent job cleaning as I requested. I wish I could remember his name to thank him properly. Tall blond gentleman young.

Our technician was friendly, explained everything and was efficient with the work. Our rugs, carpet and tile bathrooms look new! I could not recommend him and the company more!

Thanks to Zerorez for being able to come out and not only clean our supply and return ducts but answer questions about the process and what is needed. Castor was our cleaning specialist and took time to answer questions about the process, what they would find, and how to tackle any obstacles or future considerations. Shane was also very thorough in the explanation of what was to come a week before the cleaning day. He was able to give a definitive price as well as square footage adjustment and double reviewed any questions I had and made sure nothing was up in the air before they started cleaning. If you are considering cleaning, purifier, etc. I would highly recommend their dedicated professional(s) in this line of work. Thanks Mitchell
