Maids and Moore Cleaning Austin

I have used this company for two years. Some of the teams are great and some of them in my opinion are lazy. This last cleaning sent me to find a new cleaning company. They didn’t bother cleaning certain areas of my home at all. I find them more expensive than other companies and not as thorough. Also, as I am not fluent in Spanish, I find it very difficult To communicate with the team as 99% of them do not speak English..

Wonderful experience. Two story at 1800 square feet and they kept a cadence that was efficient and no bother to me at all. Very pleased with the finished result. I easily recommend this company if the rest of the team are as wonderful as the two I had. The follow up visit I had scheduled was just as good. Happy Customer

I’ve had a great experience overall with the Maids and Moore cleaning service. Both of the cleaning crews who have worked in my home over the past year have been fantastic. They are reliable, professional, and consistently leave my house feeling fresh, clean, and welcoming. It truly makes a difference coming home after a long workday. Of note, Lenniz and Yadira are efficient, effective, and consistently do a high-quality job. I can’t remember if it’s one or both cleaning crews, but finding cute blanket animals on the bed or fancy toilet paper origami always makes my home feel like a small resort and puts a smile on my face after a long day. Coming back to a clean house with these fun details is certainly not required but I love how they have fun with it and it shows the level of detail they put into the rest of the cleaning work they do. When I'm working from home, they’re always great at working around me. Jessica Rose and Marcia Monroy also do an excellent job every time. Their work is effective, detailed, and consistent. I really appreciate their thoughtful cleaning of my home. They’re respectful of my space, and they work seamlessly around me when I’m working from home. As a result of these two cleaning crews, I live a much healthier life and I get to focus my time on the mountain of other things I have to get done every day. My only complaint is that one of the vacuums sometimes pops my circuit breaker—I know this is happening because I was home once when it occured and I had to reset the circuit breaker so they could continue cleaning. Over time, three of the GFCI outlets in my kitchen have burned out / failed and have had to be replaced as a result. If there’s a way to help one or both crews with an upgrade, I think they and my house would appreciate it. It's happened a couple times now and only with the orange vacuum they use, I think, and never with any other appliances I have, so that leads me to believe there is some issue with it. Anyway, I've only taken off one star because it's hard to be one hundred percent certain without seeing it happen again in person. I will gladly revise this review if this doesn't happen again this next year, but replacing the outlets has been tedious and costly. It would also be amazing if there were an easy add-on option for folding clothes, as that would save me a lot of time. I know timing could vary between houses, but something similar to the dishes add-on (for example, up to 20 minutes) would be incredibly helpful. Regardless, overall, I've had a good experience with Maids and Moore. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I have had several different house cleaning services over the years, and Maids and Moore is by far the best. The two members of my team are great. They work hard and efficiently and do an excellent, thorough job. I have never found anything that they have overlooked. My son says,”They are very fast, reliable, thorough, and courteous. ” A few times I have had to reschedule, and Maids and Moore made it very easy for me to do that. I highly recommend them.
