I’m giving this spa 4 stars, and I want to be very transparent about why especially because I’ve been to many spas, and this was the first time I truly felt rushed during a self-care experience. I arrived 20 minutes early, as requested. From the start, everything felt very fast-paced. I was quickly walked to my locker without much interaction, which I initially brushed off. I was then placed in the waiting room, which I actually enjoyed the tea was lovely, and the space itself is calming. However, when the therapist came to get me for my massage, the rushed energy continued. She was speaking quickly and moving fast, and I finally mentioned it, saying that everyone seemed rushed. She kindly explained that they were very busy which I completely understand, and it wasn’t said in an unprofessional or dismissive way at all. That said, when someone comes in for self-care, the intention is to slow down, relax, and feel present. For me, that was especially important today. I came in because it has been two months since I lost my baby girl, and this visit meant more than just a massage. I wasn’t looking for anything extravagant I just wanted to feel acknowledged, cared for, and given the space to truly relax. Unfortunately, the rushed pace made that difficult, and it took me quite a while to settle into the experience. I do want to highlight that the massage therapist herself was amazing. Once I was able to relax, her work was excellent. The hot stones were a wonderful addition, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and attentiveness. She also offered thoughtful recommendations considering I recently had a C-section, which made me feel safe and comfortable in her care. The spa does offer nice touches like complimentary drinks and a fruit bowl, which are appreciated and add to the overall experience. If the pacing and overall flow were slower and more intentional, this would have been a much higher-rated visit for me. Overall, this is a good spa with strong services, but I hope they consider how important energy, timing, and presence are especially for guests who come in seeking peace during emotionally sensitive times. Thank you for the care that was shown, and I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

Went here for my birthday and was scheduled a VIP experience… felt like the Very Incomplete Package Experience! Checked in, was walked to the dressing room and offered only two alcoholic beverage options after already specifying a non alcoholic choice in the questionnaire and then asked my name again as she searched my name on the lockers, and a left with no instructions except the quiet room is across the hall. So after waiting for a while in the quiet room watching others sipping their beverages and relaxing, we decided to question someone to find out we weren’t even shown the pre-arranged VIP Suite setup and waiting for us with a name plate (with His name misspelled lol and all reservations were in his name) that we could not even touch the mimosas and treats because they came to grab us for our massages … which were definitely a great part but felt short!! Because, which I appreciate they attempted to salvage the experience and added 20 minutes in the salt room after to enjoy our mimosas and treats. But by the same un informative staff was given a dimissal from the salt room that was hard to understand but we figured the time was over but we’re clueless how to get back to the dressing rooms! All this to say 30 seconds of clear instructions makes a huge difference and impact on your experience!! Twice she had the opportunity to try!

It was my first time at this woodhouse location and I booked a massage since I’m getting married Saturday! I felt so special, relaxed, and pampered. Kimbi was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, respected, and listened to my concerns. She addressed my migraines, neck tension, and other problem areas. If you are in need for some relaxation, book ASAP. They even decorated my locker, pampered me to a glass of champagne/ plate of snacks waiting for me at a comfy sofa bed in the relaxation room. As a stressed out bride, this is EXACTLY what I needed. Thank you!

This place was fantastic! Perfect reset that was well needed. I have always heard of Woodhouse being a top tier spa and baby they did NOT disappoint. I booked a massage and facial. Both exceeded my expectations. The locker room was so clean, the ambiance was set, the lounge was extra cozy & the customer service was top notch! I am implementing self care into my routine and definitely will be back several times a year. Worth every penny.
