Booked on vagaro a face and head lymphatic drainage for $90. Arrived at the location and the receptionist asked me to pay before the service. After I paid she said my massage was for 30 minutes. It didn’t feel right so I checked on vagaro and noticed that they don’t tell you how long the massage was. She then told me that it was 30 minutes only but then on the TV screen where they have the services listed, I saw the face and head lymphatic drainage for $90 and it was for 45 minutes. She was confused and showed me another paper with services but none of the services listed were for lymphatic drainage. I pointed again at the TV with the services and said I paid $90 for lymphatic drainage and tv says 45 minutes which then she finally said okay. Massage itself was fine, wasn’t really a lymphatic drainage, it was more a relaxation/get rid of tension massage and only a couple of minutes was spent on the face. Masseuse was still nice and good. Won’t be going back after the initial experience. Almost felt like I was getting scammed at first. I’m glad the masseuse was at least nice and held to the time.

There were pros and cons to the trip to wildflower. Fortunately the massage was good (not great). Our appointment was at 10am, we got there at 9:55am and waited (pic1) until 10:20, as the receptionist was late. She then came over gave me the total, and I said oh I feel like it’s customary to pay after. We went into the room, they were still setting up, no music in the room and it was very chilly. The pillow was disgusting (pic2) and linens were put over it. The outside street (pic3) noise was all we could hear during what was supposed to be relaxing. It seemed unorganized, not tidy and needs a bit of assistance in the cleaning and customer service departments.

Okay service and overall experience. I booked a 40-minute lymphatic drainage facial. When I arrived, the space was very crowded with guests waiting, and the employee at the front desk seemed a bit frantic. I was asked how long my massage was for, which added to the confusion. Fortunately, my wait time was minimal. Once I was brought into the room, I was instructed to remove all of my clothing from head to toe. I clarified that I was only there for a facial, which seemed to cause some confusion. The facial itself was not worth the $90, in my opinion. While the worker was friendly, no skincare or facial products were used, and there were no tools involved—just warm, unidentified oil and a face massage. No gloves were worn, and I couldn’t tell whether the worker washed their hands beforehand, as I didn’t see any sanitizer nearby. I didn’t notice any visible difference in my skin or feel any post-treatment benefits, which was disappointing. This place may be better suited for other services, but I would not recommend the lymphatic drainage facial.

I like this place. I'm an international student. My neck and shoulders are very uncomfortable. Eliana, you did a great job! Thank you for your professional treatment. I feel much more better today. I will definitely come to you again.

Wildflower Spa Review I had a wonderful experience at Wildflower Spa. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, exactly what you want from a spa experience. David was an amazing masseuse — truly skilled and attentive. He knew exactly how to work out the tension in my body, and I walked out feeling completely refreshed. My body honestly feels young again. I highly recommend Wildflower Spa to anyone looking for excellent service, talented therapists, and a warm, inviting environment. I’ll definitely be back.
