How can I begin, well if I could rate them with 0 I would. So at first the lady was very nice she tried her best to get me a good insurance Well she gave me national general eral for $195 a month i told her that was very expencive and that's all she was able to get so I had to take it because I needed to register my car. We'll not even 6 month with the damn expencive insurance when I receive the renovation for $230 on top of me just paying the 195$🤣🤣🤣 so I called no answer so emailed then they replied that they would call me. I got the call she tried to get me something but it was more money. Mind u I have a clean record and A CDL license. So I told her if she can't find me anything cheaper than 150 I'm all set. Well while she investigate around """ I called national general myself and asked the questions i needed to get answer when the lady told me from national general herself that I should not be even paying renovation before the 12 month and not that amount either so she told me that they're charging me 25% that should not be Pls be very carefull call number make sure ur not being taken advantage of. A couple people i know even said that was way to much money for liability that I should be getting full coverage for that amount t. My co worker pay 185 full coverage. Stop taking advantage of people guys money does not grow on trees.... forgot to mention.. I called them on this fraudulent fee of $230 and they never even replied to me till this date.. that tell u a lot of this place😡💩

Oh my goodness, where do I begin... first of all I never do reviews, not because I do not like to but honestly who has the time. For this circumstance I am making the time. I am going to spare you the insanity of what I have been dealing with for car insurance renewals. An unfortunate incident involving my 2024 Trax led me to have to repair my vehicle. The incident WAS NOT MY FAULT (noted on the police report) and involved construction cement. Need I say more anyone who lives in RI knows there is no highway anywhere that is not going through some type of road construction. I am simply a victim of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. What followed was complete insanity of raising my rates well over 100.00 per month...I am not going to list either insurance company, all I can say was i WAS NOT IN GOOD HANDS, until I met Jacqueline at Wilson Insurance. Jacqueline was kind, she listened to me rant about the insanity of dealing with an unjustified increase in an economy where we are all stretched to thin.. working full time days and nights 7 days a week is not advisable or sustainable but for many of us it is our SAD. Well lucky for me I googled insurance agents near me and her agency came up. Jacqueline had some tricks of her own up her sleeve which assisted me in not being PENALIZED for utilizing my insurance. Jacqueline thank you for being honest and for assisting me with getting the best rate. Good people are hard to find. Jacqueline is one of kind!!!!! Highly recommend!!!
