United Auto Insurance is The Worse Possible Insurance company EVER! The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!!! They quoted my Maserati Quattroporte $800 down with $500 per month. I called Geico they quoted me $120 down with $113 per month. GEICO IS AWESOME!!! United Auto Insurance SUCKS!!!!

Worst company ever. If you get hit by someone who had these people they don’t like pay out damages. 6 weeks later and I had to hire an attorney to get things moving. They like to move as slow as possible. Very shady business and their employees are rude and just as trash as the company they work for. What they do to people should be illegal. I now am filing a lawsuit. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I am very new to this company, about 4 months now and have two cars insured. This morning I called to make my September payment. First of all, the payment rep was very nice and helpful. She took my information and said, I'll be happy to reinstate your policy, I said "reinstate?, was I cancelled?", she said yes, it was cancelled on the 20th, I said that's no way, the 20th is my due date, 4 days ago! I heard of late fees but cancelling? That's concerning and dangerous! What if I would have had an accident, I wouldn't be insured? She put me on hold, and then returned to say, unfortunately, if payment isn't received on the due date, the policy is cancelled the next day. This company does not have a grace period. I made this payment due to my need to drive, otherwise I would have remained cancelled. Am I the only one in Chicago that thinks this is crazy? I will be shopping for insurance asap, I would not recommend united auto insurance to any friends or family. Unbelievable policies
