We had a wonderful experience at VEG that far exceeded our expectations. We were checked in and triaged right away, the communication about what they were learning, care options and price transparency was clear and helped us make decisions. We loved that we could stay with our dog the whole time and they clearly prioritized his comfort throughout. Everyone we interacted with was kind and calm, and gave us high confidence. We went home clear about the care plan. We feel very fortunate to have VEG nearby and it gives us comfort know they are available 24-7. The visit fee is $200 and price transparency for everything after that. Thank you thank you to the whole team!

can’t say enough how amazing VEG is! Our cat has had 2 abdominal surgeries with them and each experience has been top notch. All of the providers are so caring and treat your pet like it is their own. The clinic is clean, high tech and accommodating. They always make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable while you are there.

Words can't explain how wonderful my experience was at VEG - seriously! Leo the Rotti, my best friend/fur baby & child unfortunately needed to go in to get a piece of a rubber toy removed from his stomach. From start to finish I felt supported, informed and at home in a place no one ever wants to be and can't thank your team enough for the wonderful work you performed that day. From the private rooms, the simple little check ins to my dog being able to see me immediately as he wakes up makes this place VERY special. I believe her name was Alyssa a vet tech and if I got that wrong she knows who she is, was an absolute angel! Her support, bright personality, and a listening ear when advocating for my dog alongside the passion she brings is a blessing I was never expecting. Pat yourself on the back cause you are truly amazing! The work you guys do is not easy, it is fast pace, and I am sure is a sacrifice of some sort. Clarissa I believe another vet tech brought the same energy and deserves just as much praise alongside Dr. Nathan Nee as well! You guys ROCK and I hope to God I am never back but if I am this is the ONLY place I will gladly let handle my Rotti boy Leo. For whatever reason I was calm and simply trusted this team and never will forget this experience. Its kind and loving people like you guys that make the world turn and that is what you showed Leo and I that day. Oh and I must not forget. Thank you for offering to buy and pick up food for me from one of the local food spots. I think it was the customer experience rep that offered in which I mistakenly did not accept but just that simple gesture goes so far and shows you the kind of establishment VEG is. God bless your entire team, and continue to be kind cause when you make people & pets feel at home in such a forgein place, that is when you know you are doing something right. GO TO VEG! I can’t stress this enough. Every single member of the staff works hard to keep you and your pets informed, comfortable, and uniquely happy… AND they genuinely treat every pet like family. It’s so clear they all love animals. My cat had to stay at veg for 3 nights and back again on and off for another 3-4, veggies were so great at answer all my questions and accommodating when I felt I needed to stay with my kitty in his cat ward. Thanks Veg!

This place deserves it's high rating. TLDR: they saved my dog's life, kept me sane, and have an amazing team brimming with compassion and kindness. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Now for the much longer review: My dog, Mamba was having what we thought to be mobility issues (she's a little older) but coupled with lack of interest in eating (outrageous behavior from this little roomba) we took her to urgent care. They saw an unidentified mass and some fluid in abdomen and advised us to take her to a 24 hour emergency vet. We actually have one that has done several surgeries for her already and would have gone there but they were closed for the day. I am very careful on who I trust my dogs with so finding a new vet out of the blue for something this urgent was terrifying. Distraught, we looked around and found VEG. I was almost suspicious of how highly rated it was, but it was close to our home and looked great online so we took a leap of faith and had urgent care call in to see if they could take her for the night. They agreed and we headed over. As soon as we arrived, they recognized her as the incoming transfer and directed us through the facility. It's a large open space, with exams tables and their desk areas in the center, seating all around, and rooms/kennels. Mamba was having a hard time standing at this point and they pulled out a dog bed from under the bench (convenient, love that) for her. Things went from bad to worse immensely fast. The fluid was definitely blood and it wasn't too long until it turned into a full blown life or death emergency. The staff sprang into action like you see in movies. It was insane. I'm over here sobbing over my dog and these people were on the case efficiently and swiftly. They handled her with utmost care and were immensely kind to me as well. Surgery was imminent. I kissed her little forehead, told her I loved her, and signed the quote. They took her into the surgery room. Since the whole area is mostly open, I could see past the window where my beloved puppy was being worked on by staff. As I sat there in intense distress, snotty and miserable, staff continued to ask me if I needed water, tea, coffee, snacks or anything to make me comfortable. An incredibly kind team member asked me if I wanted to keep some of the fur shavings and upon agreement, placed them in a little bottle and gave to me. A few times staff came out to give me updates. Finally done, they transferred her to a relatively large space (about three by six ish feet if I had to guess) and I was able to come right up to her. I sat on the ground in front of her while the doctor explained more on what was happening. They were super detailed, thorough, and kind. I asked what time I had to leave her and was informed I did not have to at all. They actually let you stay with your pet for the duration of their hospitalization if you choose to do so. Being an insane dog mom, I did just that. My dog was there for approximately 28 hours total. During that time, I was with her for all but about four hours while I had to go do something urgent for work (but of course had my best friend watch her during that time). They offered me a room to sleep in which I declined on basis of staying as close to her as possible, for my own sanity. It was exhausting, and terrifying to be there for every little step of the process, but being out of the loop is what drives my anxiety up the most, so it was worth it. I believe I saw the majority of the staff so I can say without a doubt, there was not a single person there I would not trust with Mamba. I don't know how they decide on the hiring process, but they are doing an outstanding job employing the absolute best veterinary staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Never was I made to feel uncomfortable for crying (constant), stubbornly staying by Mamba's side, or asking questions. Just under 30 hrs & $11k (super reasonable) later, she is home, ALIVE! I've actually run out of characters for a Google review. That's how amazing they are. THANK YOU VEG! ❤️‍🩹
