The salesman was very informative, answered all of our questions and my mom wanted to adopt him as her son. Lol! We had a FULL roof replacement as some areas of our roof were so soft you could literally fall through it. I was so excited to get real plywood instead of that cheap thin stuff that doesnt hold up. The coating materials were also top notch and the guys who installed it were hardworking and friendly. They had their own lunch, but I gave them some extra energy drinks. The foreman worked with me on having the guys remove an old swamp cooler. I patched the interior hole myself and the guys sealed it up. I was touched that they watched me closely when I got on the roof to check it out. They didnt want me falling into the hole or through any soft spots. That was so kind of them. They were true to their word on replacing a bubble shaft light on the roof that was cracked during roof installation AND even sent a repairman over to patch up two interior ceiling areas that needed repair. They went the extra mile with nice touches. Before the job began we were given a fruit basket. This was so sweet - it melted our hearts and dispelled our anxiety. After the job was done they returned to inspect the work and it looked wonderful. I hopped up on the roof and complemented the men who did the work. My Mom and I are very pleased with our new roof. I loved the entire process and would do it again. Thank you so much!! I love our roof!!!

They came expecting my roof realize that my roof was faulty built. By a company in Tucson 6 yrs ago. Had some studs missing improperly installed. They reinstalled roof properly. All look good Eric stayed in Contact with me whole job. Solar panels had to be removed and replaced. The only problem I really had is they didn’t order enough material so they had to reorder causing a delay finishing job. But all looks good I would refer them to other. The roof before finish repairing the roof after before shingles on

Randy and Cameron came by and did an excellent job at inspecting our roof, They found items that another roofing company did not find. I would definitely recommend them for your roof inspection. Updated review: After seeing the photos from the roof inspection and knowing the roof is 22 years old, we decided to move forward with the roof replacement. Randy came back out and walked us through the process and scheduled everything to start the following week. They gave us the complete schedule from when the supplies would be delivered and when our solar panels would be removed and reinstalled. The roofing crew arrived on scheduled and did an excellent job! They were very professional and respectful of our property during the process, and cleaned up the property daily. Once completed, Cameron stopped by to make sure we were pleased with the project and to inspect the roof. He then furnished us with photos of the roof during the replacement process and the completed roof. We are very pleased with the communication of everyone at Vero, and also with our new roof. We would highly recommend Vero Exteriors for a roof inspection or replacement.

The work was done quickly as promised and very professional. The outcome was beautiful, the crew was professional and respectful, and the clean up was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality professional roofing solutions. Michael and Luis were also excellent in this procsss.
