Victor’s is a great company—I would 100% recommend them. When I bought my home, I was told my roof was fine and would last for years. After having an issue just one year later, I called Victor’s and they sent an inspector out the very next day. Jackson did a phenomenal job with the inspection. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything he found along with my options. That made the whole process much easier than I expected. The cost was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. Sergio and Jake, the crew leaders, were great to work with and completed the entire project in just one day. Anytime I had questions, everyone I spoke with—Jackson, Shelbi in the office, and the crew leaders—was helpful and professional. They made what is usually a stressful project go very smoothly. Highly recommend this team!

Why does my name say Alice?🤷‍♀️ After being in contact with several roofing companies. My mom called Victors and Chris came out for the inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable with all of it. Took photos and videos of the roof, which no one has ever attempted in the past. It’s myself and my mom and companies come in and instead of explaining everything (which my engineering mind needs), they end up just being men that come over and throw up their arms like “well, that roof is shot”. That doesn’t tell me anything so when Chris had everything in detail that was wrong with our roof, I knew that it needed replaced. I knew that those “others” were not gonna cut it. We are in the historical district and my gut kept telling me NOT to use those “others”. Chris not only had the detail, he then explained that the space up there hasn’t been vented enough for the size of area and hot/cold STUCK air is never good. So he explained the vents he would have ran in the roof to provide the proper air flow. He also stated that every year for the next 15yrs, we could call for a free inspection. I think that was my selling point. The fact that when their job was said and done, they still stood behind their work for 15yrs. Lets me honest, your local small business owner cannot provide that kind of warranty. So, here comes the $33k plan. Sounds crazy, right? I knew, without any knowledge of the roofing business, that roughly 20k was going to be the bare minimum. Plus whatever problems may arise from underneath. So when I saw that $33k photo, saw everything he had explained, the vents, the supplies they already included for problems that MAY arise, and the 15yr warranty, I knew that these were the people to handle THIS roof. So installation day came, my mom was here to regulate and when I had come home, I at least got to watch the end of it being installed. 😂 It was a big job so they were here till dark. I had to wait to get photos and then the next day our wonderful Michigan weather arrived and I had to wait longer🙄. I now sit in my driveway and admire that roof. I used to be someone that was really into home remodeling shows and out everything I watched, I had never once said on those shows, that’s a nice roof”. Till now. I stood there and looked at that roof and thought, “damn, that’s a sexy ass roof, they did a good ass job” I can only give 5 stars because that is the limit. If you have a roof that you are nervous to put someone’s trust in, Victor’s are those people. Very professional from free estimate with Joshua Shepard. Victors Installed a complete roof in 5hrs. Gutters installed the next day 3hrs. Supervisor Evan Bell on site through out the day avaliable for any questions we had. After everything was cleared up I had a complete walk through with Evan, couldn't ask for better service. Also Christopher from customer service with all the information I needed prior to and during the process was well informed and greatly appreciated. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

It was a great pleasure meeting with Justin today. He was extremely patient and understanding, explaining the job to my elderly parents.His professionalism and knowledge are top tier. Update: Arturo and his crew, came today to do the work. They did a beautiful job excellent cleanup! Arturo’s attention to detail was a cut above the rest. He gave my mother several updates throughout the job. Great company with amazing workers from beginning to end! Thank you to all the crew at Victor’s!

The crew just finished installing a new roof on my house and the experience was great. The project manager, Arturo was a pleasure to work with. He kept the project on track and us updated along the way. The crew under Eduardo did also a great job. This is the second house I've had to put a roof on, and I am really glad I went with Victors this time around!
