You do not always get what you pay for. Sometimes you pay a high premium for bad work. We've had this roof for about 7 years. It's looked like this for all of them. We've had to have 2 repairs in the first 6 months due to shingles flying off in storms, not counting the multiple leaks before the inside of the house was even finished. To this day we are missing entire shingles in some places. Most bothersome is the fact they used whatever lot numbers they felt like. The entire roof looks like the picture - patchy, blotchy and like we paid some cheap labor to get our new home roofed. Very disappointed in the high price we paid for low quality work.

The team at VenWeelden Roofing wowed us from start to finish. Matt - the Production Manager we worked with - walked us through a detailed and line itemed quote step by step. He kept us updated on when our re-roofing project would start and what the process would look like. The sizable roofing crew was professional and hard working and are clearly expert craftsmen. Matt again checked in with us throughout the day and conducted a final walkthrough after the roof was done. When we got storms the first night, Matt checked in again to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and to make sure no repairs were needed. On top of being pleased with our new roof, i think the communication and follow through on our expectations is what impressed us the most about working with VanWeelden Co. 10 out of 10!
