Two Maids does a wonderful job, we are a bi-weekly customer which really helps keeping the house clean with kids and pets. We love their work and their maids are top notch. Highly recommend!

Danielle did a great job of cleaning our home today. She was detailed and thorough. Most importantly she received a paws up from my dog. I highly recommend Danielle and Two Maids of Little Rock.

If you choose to work with this service: 1. Make sure your expectations AND their assurances are put into writing. Simply stating your expectations and hearing their verbal assurances is not enough with these folks. 2. Even though they insist on having a credit card on file, be aware that they will charge it even in disputed circumstances. Eyes wide open. Recommend you not provide one to them Why these caveats? We engaged this company last month. Recurring. Once a month and early mornings--Monday with arrival between 8am and 9am. All verbal. We were assured they could and would perform with these expectations. First time, fine. This month, not fine. We began trying to reach them by phone starting at 9:08 am. Multiple calls, all of which, went to voicemail. No cleaner. Then, at 10:07 am they called. Apparently, they had established an "arrival" window between 8:15 and 10:15 am. At 10:09 we still did not have a cleaner. We told them they were so late in the morning, we had other commitments away from the house. They said their cleaner was on the way. We said "no". It was too late for us. They charged our credit card with a cancellation fee! Six minutes left on their arbitrary "arrival" window, and we were seen as the ones in breach of the agreement. They sent an email telling us they had some kind of celebration, and that was why they were late. And then they charged our credit card a cancellation fee! Six minutes! So, be warned. Get everything in writing. Expect smarmy responses (as seen in some of their responses to other of the poor reviews and comments they've received). The cleaning may be fine. The communication and fulfillment of expectations not so much. So, we were charged a fee for their failure to properly meet expectations. Shame on us for not getting those in writing. We cancelled any future service with them. This cannot be good for business.

Based on the experience I had I would not recommend using this company. I hired them for a move out cleaning of my parents home. They have a great brochure they provide you with to tell you what is included in the service they offer. Unfortunately, they didn't really do it all when they were there. I contacted them letting them know I was not satisfied and that there were several things not done. They were apologetic and said they would come back the next day to take care of it. After the second visit to the house they still had not done everything listed in the brochure. Since we are selling the house and had a photographer scheduled I could not wait on them to come back a third time. We finished cleaning ourselves. I contacted them to request a partial refund and they refused. They referred me to their policy of not giving refunds but assured me that my satisfaction was important and they wanted to make it right. The only thing they offered to do was come back and clean the items they should have. It was an extremely frustrating conversation and they really lack customer service skills. I was told things like I had not provided them with a complete listing of everything they had not done the first time. They even said something about the house being messy the second time they came out. That they had to clean leaves from the floor that someone tracked in. I am confident they will post something in response to this review blaming me somehow. I even see where they threatened to take another reviewer to court. I completely believe the other bad reviews I saw on google and wish I had before I used them. Their attitude is 100% the reason I am writing a review.

The ladies performed deep cleaning to my house. The pictures says everything about the result, SO CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED! The ladies are very polite and always have a smile on their faces. They worked fast also. It took a total of 2 hours to have the entire job done. You ladies rock, Emma, Olivia, Millie, and Blakey! Thank u for everything and looking forward to have yall back in 4 weeks.
