Tucson Cold Plunge

This place is awesome! Everything you need plus more. Compression tables and red light therapy too. They even have a platform you can stand on and it vibrates your whole body! They have two saunas (one dry and one wet), three cold plunge tubs (one ice bath that’s below freezing, one tub at 46 degrees, and the other at 58 degrees) and a nice big hot tub! I went with two buddies and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We left feeling super refreshed and cleansed. It definitely did the body well. We will come back again n again! Let me tell you why I give this a three star rating: I have a SweatHouz near me that I go to. You book a suite and each suite is private with: cold compress (staff asks if you want one before entering room), 4 towels, sauna, vitamin c shower, and cold plunge + TV to watch or listen to music shows while in the private suite. The rooms are super clean (cleaned after each use). The public bathrooms are very clean. The entrance, waiting area, and hallways are very clean. The staff is super friendly, answers questions, and takes you to the suite. When you are finished with your hour session, you can go to the beauty area where there are 3 dedicated mirrors, stools, hair dryers, and such to leave without wet hair. (There is red light therapy available; different charge) So going to TCP is a much different experience. What is nice is the recovery boots to use, 2 saunas, vitamin c shower, 3 cold plunge (each a different temperature), hot tub, and red light therapy. However, it seemed like the staff wasn’t very attentive (no one was at the front desk when we go there), not sure how often saunas get cleaned, and the bathroom was super gross especially since I had to take off my shoes when I got into the building. (There looks like a ceiling tiles has been in need of repair for a while in the bathroom). Towel usage is $1 (not too much of a cost). So while it’s nice that you can use all these different areas at TCP, it’s not the experience I am use to.

Made reservation late Friday night for a Sat am hour guided session, was pretty appreciative as I have never been exposed to cold therapy. Was pleasantly happy to find a supremely well equipped and maintained environment, Luke is the man! Was very attentive and supportive, I followed his recommended protocol, and have an insanely great experience. Will definitely be back!

I recently visited Tucson Cold Plunge and I'm still feeling amazing! ✨️✨️✨️ My body was feeling so stagnant, but after my wellness day, I felt rejuvenated! Luke and Vanessa were super friendly and accommodating. I loved the variety of services available, from biomats to red light therapy rooms, saunas, a hot tub, and of course, my first cold plunge! I was able to try out all the services, stay hydrated with electrolyte drinks, and even test their new purification water system. Plus, I got to try the Red Light therapy copper peptides spray! This wellness center has something for everyone, whether you're looking for recovery or just some feel-good vibes.

Tucson cold plunge is top notch! Amazing sauna, multiple cold plunges and temps. Red light therapy, biomats, compression therapy. It’s a great place for recovery, health and wellness. Fun to come with friends and family. The staff is always nice and informative. I always leave feeling better and energized. Highly recommend.
