I have multiple children that has attended this daycare over the years my oldest is now 17 and been attending since 2 and I am constantly amazed in the growth and excellence of this establishment!!! The constant physical additions, the friendly and educated staff, and the overall environment experience is top notch!! Even when things weren't ideal in my end the director didn't just make my children leave because she said we are family and she worked with me even extending hours and going over and beyond 😢 I can't stress enough how grateful anyone would be to have your children be apart of this establishment and be treated with such care cause the children are our future and deserve the best 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Dr. Nicole worked to get my 2 children enrolled withing 3 days of initial contact. She has been very flexible with me and made special accommodations every time I've asked. The teachers are gentle with my children and every time I pick them up they are in a good mood.

Touched By Angels is an amazing daycare! The director is a wonderful, caring person who truly loves what she does. The staff is friendly, loving, and dedicated to helping children grow in a safe, positive, and moral environment. It feels like family, and I couldn’t ask for a better place for my child.

Do not take your children to this daycare! I have had an uncomfortable vibe from the 1st day of my children attending. The director is very bubbly but the staff are very standoffish and it comes off as sneaky/ untrustworthy. I had an incident where my 6 year child has came home on multiple occasions telling me that there is a man at the daycare who has been threatening to un-alive him. He also stated that he was told that he would snap his neck and pull his arms off of his body. He told me that this person held him down by his arms and sat on top of him. I was also told that my 2 year old was dragged from outside on the porch into the house by his arm. I spoke to the director about it and she denied everything! Tried to tell me that my child is making this up and tried to brush it off as a misunderstanding. She said that she never had any issues at her daycare before my son started there as if he’s a problem. My 6 year old is very articulate and can certainly tell me what happened to him in detail. She’s confirmed that the “man” in question is her 14 year old grandson who helps out in the daycare. I spoke to Ms. Nicole Miller (The director) and her grandson on 3-way and he claimed that my 6 year old son would not lay down on his cot when he directed him to, so he redirected him to his cot and tucked him in… which made NO SENSE AT ALL. Why does she have a 14 year old in the daycare “directing someones children” anyway? My kids dad showed up to the daycare with the police and they refused to open the door and even the police officer felt that they were behaving very strange. they would only talk through the ring camera. Instead of looking into the situation to at least reassure that my children are safe in her care, Ms. Nicole (The director) removed all messages/pictures from brightwheel and sent me an email stating that my children were being discharged from the daycare. (I never had intentions on taking them back anyway so its cool .. but weird) On many occasions prior to the abuse situation my children came home from daycare acting as if they’re starving. It came to my attention that they do not provide breakfast even though they advertise that they do. They feed the kids scraps for lunch (blueberries & a slice of bread) I never made an issue out of it, instead I started to pack their lunch and breakfast. The director is very money hungry. She will charge you the same amount of $125 deposit when you have a voucher as someone who pays out of pocket even though the vouchers cover $100+ of deposits which would mean a parent with a voucher should be discounted at $25. She takes the kids on weekly trips for the summer and charges $45+ weekly per child even though some of the places that they are going are free for children 2 and under because I have checked the websites. I have had nothing but problems/ discomfort since they started this daycare. I swept a lot under the rug because the director would often reassure that things would be fixed but after these accusations coming from my 6 year old and the way they are brushing it off and trying to gaslight us.. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR KIDS!

I love that the center is a safe and clean child friendly environment. The staff is very professional and nice they take great care of the kids they have excellent patience for all types of kids who come to the center. They all work hard to teach the kids and keep the kids safe. The Director is a Boss and I say that with the upmost Respect she handles her business great and it shows through the staff and the children they put their all into the team. As a parent I am grateful that my child get to apart of the Touched By Angels Early Childhood Program Center Experience. My child is always left in great hands like family.
