Alex was a phenomenal professional, who exceeded my expectations for the repair in every way. The price he offered me was fair (below quotes that I had been offered by two different competitors) and the quality of work was exceptional. I will definitely plan on using Tiger’s services in the future, and I would recommend you do the same.

I had never used Tiger before, but I needed the leak in my washing machine fixed ASAP. They were able to schedule me In just a couple of days and they were very reasonably priced. They have great communication and the technician was very thorough, efficient, and professional. I really lucked out with this business and they are now my go-to for any appliance repair moving forward. Thanks so much!

We had a great experience with Tiger Appliance. Our range broke after a self cleaning cycle and after getting the runaround from another company for weeks only to be canceled on because of "backordered parts," we were really stressed. Tiger came in, assessed it, got the parts, and repaired it all in just about a week. The technician was helpful and skilled and Jay was great about scheduling. We have already called again (it's the dishwasher now 🤦♀️) and will continue to use their services. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Jay for setting up our appointments in a timely manner. He was kind and considerate. Alex fixed our dishwasher in 4/2025 and our dryer last week. Both are working great. I will definitely call when our next appliance needs service.

I highly recommend Tiger for appliance repair, and will definitely rely on them in the future. They were responsive and professional in every way. Alex and his apprentice Manny quickly fixed my leaking dishwasher. Alex is an extremely knowledgeable expert, and clearly explains the situation and the proposed solution. Also importantly, they are well equipped with parts, without having to go out and get them. And they're nice guys!
