Able Appliance Repair

Our freezer went out and discovered not all appliances repair services worked on them, I found Able. It was a pleasant surprise. My call got an appointment for the next day. Alex came and gave me an honest assessment of whether or not it could be fixed. Fortunately, it could. The part was in stock, and he returned 2 days later to install it. Pleasant experience, and I won’t hesitate to call them if and when another appliance issue occurs. A few weeks later our dryer stopped drying. Because of my very satisfactory experience with Able and our freezer repair, I called them. Trent came out the next day, diagnosed the problem,and returned 2 days later with the new part. From start to finish: 4 days. Very impressive.

John at Able Appliance is awesome! He’s a guy that has experience and knows his stuff. Plus he’s very detailed. He even cleaned up behind the fridge. The last repair got me going six years ago. This time he had better fix for the problem. We will see but I’m thinking this will be last time my fan freezes over. Id say 10 stars for service!

Ricky was awesome. He showed us what he was doing every step of the way and why. He broke everything down for us so that we would understand what was going on with our washing machine. He looked at our dishwasher as well and showed me that although I had installed the garbage disposal, I did not know to pop the little cap out for the dishwasher line. So that was a huge help as well and my three kids just had an absolute blast asking him about all of his tools and he was very happy to answer all of their questions. He’ll be Our guy going forward.

I cannot say enough about how professional and nice Robert Gomez was when repairing our LG front load washer! He swiftly diagnosed the issue and because the team asked about the brand and model, Robert had the part(s) and began the work immediately after our approval. He solved our stressful situation and put us at ease immediately upon arrival. What a great person and repair company! Our washing machine concerns were diagnosed and repaired by Ricky. Ricky was timely, friendly and values good communication. I can have some grace for Ricky showing up with a dead power drill battery, necessitating him having to leave to return to his home and grab an extra battery. I also have some grace for Ricky initially informing us that we needed our washer replaced, but then calling us 20 minutes later after leaving our home, saying that he was wrong and that the washer can indeed be repaired. However, the reason for my 3 star review is largely because Ricky and his helper did not clean up after themselves. Per the attached images, there was grease on the exterior of the washer and especially the dryer. There were also 2 old parts removed from the washer that were left on the floor. I am also a service professional, and in my view, the job is not done until you clean up.
