10/10 experience, staff was beyond amazing and went above and beyond for my birthday. ENRIQUE is a magician and gave me the best massage of my life. Carmela and Ava the spa attendants were professional, kind and made me feel at home. Cannot recommend these three staff enough~! Muchas Gracias!

This is truly a five star experience. I had an amazing massage with Shane for my birthday. The reception was very welcoming, and they offered me a glass of Prosecco and surprise me with a little gift for my birthday, which was a really lovely touch. I received the tree of life service and from start to finish it was fantastic. Shane was able to pinpoint every exact spot that was bothering me without any prompting and I left my massage feeling like a brand new woman! I was also able to enjoy the beach afterwards, which was the perfect way to unwind. All in all, it was a really great birthday treat that I’d recommend to anyone.

This review is for Shane's deep tissue. I have had every type of massage from spas to home visits, from deep tissue to myofascial release. I've done acupuncture, scraping, dry needling you name it. I have been on the HUNT in Miami for a masseuse that can combine deep with technique because it's not just about pressure, it's about where and how it is applied. I was in so much pain when I went to the spa yesterday in two specific areas, I told Shane and when I tell you not only did he release the spots but he also gave a complete massage in only those 60 minutes. I regret not getting the 90 minute! Not to mention the spa is stunning and relaxing. The hammam is gorgeous and I like that it's a little steamy because I don't always want the full heat steam sauna. It's so comfortable and I could sit there all day hahaha. I can't believe it took me this long to come here! Perfect massage with a perfect spa area? Say less. Thank you, Shane!

Shane is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I tweaked my neck due to stress and he was able to work out all the tension so that I could move freely again. He uses the perfect amount of pressure and is so intuitive about which spots need more attention. He is a true healer. I am so grateful to have found him. Best massage therapist in Miami!!

My best friend gifted me a spa day here and I was so impressed with my masseuse I had to leave a review. I’ve had a lot of massages done but none have come close to this one Shane used techniques I’ve never had done before targeting my left shoulder pain which I always request to me worked on. I will definitely be coming back for him to work my shoulder again soon. The hotel and amenities were all clean and top tier condition the staff is so friendly. I was a very happy and satisfied birthday girl.
