Everything is great here in terms of services. Quality is good but I feel like it can be a little better with attention to detail. One thing that’s a little frustrating, they make you wait 20-30 mins before your appointment actually starts so you end up stay for at least 1-2 hrs, every single time even for simple procedures. With their hours of availability, you almost always have to leave work for longer than desired. Otherwise, the staff is great. Please fix your scheduling, I will update the review.

Dr. Shen blew me away with my wisdom tooth extraction, and I'd give him 10 stars if I could!🙏I knew what to expect going in, but still felt a little nervous when I arrived. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They answered all my questions and their friendly conversation really helped me relax. Jazmin, who assisted Dr. Shen during my appointment, was both sweet and professional. She made sure I was comfortable with a blanket and pillow, and brought Dr. Shen in before the numbing process to ensure all my questions were addressed first. As for the procedure itself, the tooth was out before I even realized it🤩Dr. Shen was thorough and attentive, checking in every few seconds to make sure I was doing okay. He even verified the anesthesia was working by asking whether I could feel the instrument differently on my lip versus my gum. Small details like that were incredibly reassuring. The whole extraction took about a minute, and I was genuinely speechless at how quick and comfortable it was. A big thank you to the entire team at the Dallas office for making this such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Shen for wisdom tooth extractions!

I always have good experiences at this place and other locations they have. They are very on time and I don’t have to wait for long at the appointment which I really appreciate. Kristy, the hygienist was very nice and helpful. She did a good job with cleaning and took to time to address and concerns I had.

This place is hands down my most favorite dental office yet! Dr Shen was so gentle and kind. He took the time to thoroughly explain my x-rays as well as a good treatment plan moving forward. I’ve never had a dentist take as much time to answer all of my questions especially with grace. The front desk staff were also so welcoming and informative. Blankets, Netflix on the ceiling, numbing gel for deep cleanings, and glasses also made this experience so great. I will be telling all of my friends and family about this dental group, truly!!!

Thrive is honestly one of the best healthcare appointment experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The ambience and décor throughout the office are amazing, and everything—from the explanation of the process and procedures to the fees—was clear, straightforward, and easy to understand. I was truly impressed by the level of hospitality: blankets, TVs with streaming apps, neck pillows, and so many thoughtful touches that made the visit incredibly comfortable. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and my dentist was extremely professional and did an excellent job with my cleaning. To top it all off, I was given the cutest gift bag with dental hygiene goodies afterward. I will absolutely continue coming here for all my dental needs. I am BEYOND impressed with this office.
