Edit 01/20/26: Unfortunately, I think i may have to seek another dentist. If Dr. Gupta had another practice some where I would definitely follow, but unfortunately the last few months have become very difficult to reach the office. I haven't been able to continue my treatment. The "order" of the treatment plan doesnt work with me financially. I've tried to talk to multiple front desk and see if I could at least work on another section or to break the next phase up into multiple visits, but I was told no because the treatment plan layout. I asked if someone could at least consult with my doctor and they seemed almost hesitant and continued to use the same excuse and then told me protocols have changed. I express to them that my teeth were getting worse and breaking and they advised me to make another appointment to see him to see if he would change the treatment plan. When I wasn't able to make that appointment due to family and personal reasons I tried several times to call, but they would only answer me by text message. Then they advised me to call and make another appointment even tho I had already informed them I was unable to get through to them everytime I tried. I havent heard from anyone since. Im deeply saddened because Dr. Gupta has helped me so much and has been able to help me throught my anxiety. I will forever be grateful to him and his team and wish him nothing but continued success. I see Dr. Gupta and have been for the last few years. Best dentist i have ever had. When I came to him it was for an emergency root canal. I had very bad anxiety because of a dentist I used to go to. I began to have an anxiety attack before he could do anything and he immediately recognized, calmed me down and continously checked on me. Him and his team are amazing, caring and considerate. Because of them I'm gradually getting over my anxiety and getting me through a very extensive treatment plan. The front desk is always so kind and helpful. They give all the options they can to help you get what you need done. I now bring my kids and husband here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars because they don't deserve any more. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR STAR RATING; the assistants practically force you to say something GOOD and give 5 stars on the first visit. Yesterday, I called because my daughter had an emergency; I received a call from the school. They told me my daughter was crying in pain. I called here, desperately trusting that, as customers, they would care, but how WRONG I was. The people here have zero empathy; it seems like they don't care about anything. They hung up on me, and then they CLAIMED THAT I HUNG UP, which wasn't true. They said they wouldn't see her and that they would give me an appointment, as if I could tell a 5-year-old child to wait until they felt like seeing her. In the end, I took her to another dentist. Thank God I was able to find someone who would see her in an emergency and who is professional and cares about a child's pain, because they didn't at this clinic. And to my misfortune, I arrived and the big surprise was that at this place they let my daughter lose a whole tooth. I arrived and the doctor said that the tooth was dead and that there was no saving it, that they had only done a filling there. What kind of clinic is this? I entrusted my daughter to them, I entrusted MY CHILDREN to them. I am so angry and sad; she is a 5-year-old girl. I will not be returning, and neither will my family.

I took all three of my sons. My youngest is 4 and walked in telling the assistant he didn’t like the dentist. She told him ‘well I’m going to make you like the dentist.’ He walked out with a cheetah print balloon and a huge smile. He even asked to go back today. Everyone at the office is so nice, this is definitely our favorite dentist office in Houston.

I have been going to this dentist for years and I love the professionalism and how clean this place is. I recently came in to get a cleaning and 3 fillings with Dr. Gupta and he will make you feel calm and comfortable throughout the quick procedure! He is by far one of the few doctors I have come across that seems really passionate for what he does and cares for his patients and the assistants such as Ivonne, are really nice and helpful as well. Overall, I would recommend this dentist.
