Very friendly environment but I didn't quite feel like the neck and facial with the lymphatic massage in other places and you could feel them actually massaging and draining. I felt very relax but didn't feel a difference which is a bummer. I also felt like I didn't get a neck massage at all. I also received two shots but I was expecting them to explain more of the benefits and maybe get me excited to do them again? Nothing. I did get a little info once I asked. But, very friendly and maybe because the lymphatic massages I received were from people who really focused on massaging the areas deeply and gosh I felt and sw

I had an in-room service and did not have the stellar experience these reviews had me anticipating. I waited a half hour for my appointment to start due to late staff. No apologies or acknowledgement, in fact the other clients and myself definitely felt like we were an inconvenience by being there. My actual service was ok. Nothing close to the high end quality I was hoping for from the high end price. There was a group of women who came in during my service and they were extremely loud- even yelling over each other- which was 100% distracting and incredibly annoying on top of an uncomfortable, awkward experience. There could be significant improvement if the before and after appointment reception was better, and if it was an actual serene environment vs no consideration.

I absolutely love the Wellness Lounge! I’ve been coming here weekly for my vitamin shots (D3 and B12), and every visit is consistently great. The staff is gentle, professional, and so knowledgeable — I always feel safe and well taken care of. I also had a facial here, and it was incredible. Super relaxing, clean, and done with so much care. My skin looked refreshed and glowing afterward. The whole atmosphere is calm, modern, and uplifting. This place is definitely part of my self-care routine now. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality wellness treatments and a truly positive experience!

I could go on about how great this place is! Takes care of all your needs - IV treatments, facials, massages, contrast therapy and more! My favorite service has to be the dermaplane facial. Highly recommend!!!

Went to AK Wellness Lounge for contrast therapy. The cold pool was hard for me, but had heard good things about it and glad I went! Spent a good amt of time in the sauna. Love places like this where you can go and take care of your body. Am interested in going back for IV therapy!
