I recently got a membership at the wellness hub and so far, I love everything about it! if you’re like me and don’t know which practitioner to book with, I can recommend to you 2. If you’re interested in a classic massage, relaxing and light long strokes— book Tania. If you’re interested in deeper focus, technique, and really getting those stubborn knots out PLUS relaxation— go with Alyssa. (My personal favorite when it comes to what I’m looking for in a massage). A bonus, you get the full amount that you paid for in your service unlike other places. Overall, I would highly recommend!

James and Lenore were amazing! From the moment we stepped into the Wellness Hub we got relaxing peaceful vibes. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the wonderful receptionist. I have never had a neuromuscular massage and I have been missing out. Any problem areas they wanted to be aware of so they knew where to focus on more. My body was so relaxed and James massaged muscles I didn’t know needed to be massaged. I can’t wait to come back and get other services done.

I started seeing Kendra in my first trimester of pregnancy due to frequent and debilitating migraines. Treatment options are limited in pregnancy so I was hopeful that acupuncture would be an effective intervention and it absolutely has been. After just a few weeks of treatment I saw improvement and after about 2-3 months they completely resolved. It’s an investment I would make over and over again. Kendra is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and just an enjoyable human to be around. Highly recommend her specifically but I have also gotten massages with various practitioners that have been amazing!

I 100% recommend this place and I especially recommend Tania! My upper back had been very tight and had several knots and she really loosened it up. The massage felt incredible. Perfect pressure and all. I had been looking for a good massage therapist here in Jacksonville since I moved here and I had not been able to find anyone good, but now I’m sticking with Tania. Planning to get a membership with the Wellness Hub to be able to see her monthly.

Decided to get an advance massage with Alyssa! Which was great she walked me through as a first time client and did a wonderful job in explaining as well making sure what I was comfortable and not comfortable with. We did cupping which she also walked me through on how that process works and how it will feel for someone who have never done cupping therapy before and showed me the different type of cupping she had available. After the massage I felt more relaxed and the tension and knots disappear ! Most definitely returning back again and booking with Alyssa !
