I recently booked a birthday massage and facial combo and spent over $200. I was really looking forward to the experience, so it’s disappointing to say that it did not meet expectations. The massage itself was okay, nothing special though. However, the facial portion was extremely uncomfortable. The esthetician was kind and seemed like a nice person, but there was a very strong garlic odor on her hands and breath during the entire service. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to relax or even breathe comfortably, and I felt distracted and uncomfortable throughout the facial. There was also a noticeable communication barrier. She did not appear to speak much English, and earlier in the appointment she did not understand a question I asked. Because of that, I did not feel comfortable trying to explain the odor issue without seeming rude. It made the situation even more uncomfortable for me. Additionally, I clearly requested that I did not want any walking on my body. Despite that request, she walked on my legs and glute area, which I did not appreciate. Again, I want to be clear that she seemed like a kind person. However, the overall experience was very disappointing, especially for a birthday service I was excited about. For the amount spent, I expected a much more comfortable and professional experience.

Got a 60 minute massage with walking and stretching (which I'd never done before) and it was a great experience. I was debating between medium & firm pressure, at most places I like firm+ lol but I'm really glad I got medium! They were also able to make a last minute accommodation for a group of 3 last minute. Will definitely come back! **disclaimer that I'm getting a free face mask for a review but I was planning to give a 5-star review anyways bc it truly was great

The massage itself was decent, but the overall experience was very disappointing due to the therapist’s behavior. Throughout the session, I was repeatedly interrupted and pressured to add upgrades like hot stones and CBD oil for an additional cost, which made it hard to relax. At checkout, after paying $123 (including the CBD oil), the therapist became visibly upset because I did not leave a tip. Despite the receptionist kindly explaining that I chose not to tip, the therapist continued to pressure me, which felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. This was my second visit. My first experience was good, but this one was the complete opposite. Customer service like this reflects poor training and oversight. The receptionist was polite and professional, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Knox Henderson location

I had the most relaxing experience with their massage and facial service. The massage was firm but gentle in all the right places—my shoulders and lower back felt completely loosened up afterward. Then the facial… wow. My skin felt instantly brighter, cleaner, and so hydrated. They used products that smelled amazing and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. The whole service felt super personalized, and I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and honestly glowing. I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding until they released it. It was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself or reset your mind and body. I’m definitely going back! ✨
