I would definitely go here again and refer people to this place. They have great customer service and completed the job correctly and on top of that they called to check on me a week later to see if everything was working properly!

They are scam my old man took his transmission there over 4 months ago then be right at his 90 days warranty the car was leaking he took it back and they're going to tell him it was oil come to find out it was transmission fluid in the first place and the screen or washer was not put in their correctly. And then they're going to tell him it was a final sale. When it wasn't installed property in the first place be careful people

I got some work done for Ghost 🚗. I have had my car back for a month now. Car is doing well for what they had to do. They were so nice to me. I would use them again and refer clients to The Transmission Shop.

I had a tire blow out this morning and when I was getting the new tire put on they told me that I had fluid pouring out of my transmission. They referred me to a place in Fraser but they had terrible reviews and I started looking for myself. I found the Transmission Shop on Gratiot in Detroit and they had better reviews than most. I called and spoke to Zack who told me to bring the car right in. While everyone else was telling me it would be days before they could even look at it, he worked hard to meet my needs and was able to have his mechanic look at it today. He was kind and generous and I was blown away at how perfectly they treated me! They made me feel special and important and managed to get the job done for me in one day!!!! I would like to thank Zack for being everything I needed today. It was stressful enough having the tire blow, but having a transmission problem was much worse! They saved the day and gave me a very competitive price. Thanks Zack!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

I absolutely love this place. They really take care of you here. The only complaint I have is that they often choose bigger jobs over smaller jobs so they sometimes have no availability. You can't set up appointments with them. I called them once to get my vehicle looked at because it wasn't acting right but they had a transmission to take out or something. 2 days later they were still busy and couldn't look at my vehicle. Took it somewhere else, but will still go to them for other jobs when they're not busy. They do good, quality work.
