I recently enjoyed a staycation at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable visit with many standout moments. The spa was absolutely top-tier. I had a 50-minute collagen boost facial, and it was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I’ve had. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience feel luxurious from start to finish. Dining was also exceptional. Breakfast at Maxim’s was delightful, and dinner at Azumi was truly a high-end experience. Depending on selections, it can easily reach around $500 per person, but the quality, ambiance, and service made it a very enjoyable evening. That said, my room experience did not fully match the level I’ve come to expect from Four Seasons properties worldwide. I chose the Baltimore location because the marketing and reputation felt very top-tier, but the room I received seemed dated. Several amenities were not functioning properly the safe and TV both required maintenance, and it took about three hours for assistance to resolve the issues, with the TV still not fully operational afterward. I ultimately used my laptop for entertainment. The mirror TV feature also did not work, which was disappointing as I had hoped to watch my Sunday service there. Maintenance staff were kind and did their best, but they confirmed some elements were older. For a staycation at this price point, I had hoped for a more seamless and elevated in-room experience. Compared to other Four Seasons locations I’ve visited, this stay did not quite reach the same standard. However, the property itself is beautiful, the service teams are wonderful, and the spa and dining experiences were outstanding. I would genuinely love to return and give the hotel another chance in a refreshed or updated room, as I believe the Baltimore location has the potential to deliver an exceptional stay across the board. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and care during my visit.

Krystal did a phenomenal job with my custom facial. It was the best facial I’ve ever experienced. No words can describe how friendly, experienced and accomplished she was. The spa itself was comfortable and the staff welcoming. The spa manager was flexible in meeting my request. I immensely appreciate the understanding and care with how I was treated. The amenities made the treatment all the more worth it. I spent about an hour and a half relaxing between the sauna, steam room, relaxation room, heated beds and jacuzzi. I really have no complaints at all. Great service and welcoming, experienced and accommodating staff. I look forward to returning.

From the moment I walked up to the front desk and until I walked out, I was met with exquisite service and a clear dedication to excellence. It smelled incredible in the lobby and it was decorated beautifully. Then I was given a Warm towel smelling of eucalyptus and beautiful butterfly pea flowers tea. Each attendant was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and going above and beyond to ensure I was treated well. The lockers provided the softest robe, slippers, hair tie and shower cap, shaver, face cream and perfectly folded towels at every corner. It was impeccably Clean and comfortable. The heat treatment area was lovely. Providing cool cucumber eye masks and cool eucalyptus towels. I had a beautiful jasmine green tea and mixed nuts while relaxing with a gorgeous view of the city sky line. This doesn’t even include Mario’s top notch massage that can only be described as perfect. I left feeling rejuvenated, completely relaxed and stress free. Cloud 9 100% amazing ! I got the hot stones and back scrub and Even a beautiful chime to start and end the experience. I went for my birthday and was given a celebratory glass of champagne. Can’t say enough good about the entirety of this experience!

I recently visited the spa at the Four Seasons Baltimore with a $350 gift certificate and booked an 80-minute Signature Facial. I mentioned at booking that I was pregnant and needed some accommodations, such as having my feet elevated, which the staff kindly provided. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and the spa itself was clean and well-maintained. That said, the experience was absolutely not worth the $600 it cost after tip. The facial was very average — not relaxing, not rejuvenating — and the atmosphere didn’t help. The music sounded more like something you’d hear at a Disney theme park than in a luxury spa. The products used on my skin didn’t smell pleasant, which made it even harder to unwind. The esthetician offered add-ons, and since I hadn’t had my brows done in a while, I agreed to an eyebrow wax, assuming I’d be in good hands at a high-end spa. Unfortunately, it was the worst brow wax I’ve ever had — she completely removed half of my right eyebrow, and I was charged $45 for it. Weeks later, it still hasn’t grown back properly. Finally, despite me being visibly pregnant and having mentioned it multiple times, I was encouraged to use the hot saunas afterward to “sweat and let the serums absorb.” That kind of advice is not only inappropriate but potentially dangerous for pregnant guests. Overall, the service quality and professionalism did not align with the Four Seasons name or the price tag. If this facial had been around $150, maybe I’d overlook some of these things, but at $600, it felt like throwing money away. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this spa to others.

A wonderful, luxurious, relaxing, and very special experience! A friend of mine booked a whole morning of fun for us at the Four Seasons as a "going away" gift before I moved– and I cannot think of any other space in the inner harbor that could compare to this experience. This location for the Four Seasons focuses on aromatherapy, particularly specializing in rejuvenating scents to relax and/or reinvigorate you from the inside-out. I am not used to such lavish spaces like this, so I was quickly impressed by how vast the spa's location is inside the hotel. There are many rooms that offer different experiences, each with every detail curated to be relaxing. We enjoyed the "Bespoke experience: Sea Holistic," as well as facials, the sauna, and additional aromatherapy (and complimentary champagne + coffee + snacks). Everything from reception to the locker rooms, to the individual experiences, sauna, lounging areas, balcony, and more, were kept wonderfully clean and well-stocked. We were not the only guests, but there was more than enough space throughout the spa for several parties to enjoy rooms separately or simultaneously. My massage therapist/professional was Ryan. They did an INCREDIBLE job! This was my first full-body experience and they were welcoming, informative, and clearly an expert in what they do! Managing to both explain in perfect detail while maintaining a calming and rejuvenating space, Ryan started slow but began working out knots and lumps in my body that I didn't even know existed! I hope to see Ryan again soon, because we really vibed! My only critique? While they had comfortable spa shoes that were my size (women's 5 or 6), the smallest robe they had was quite large. It was comfortably warm and easy to cover myself with, but not as soft as I expected. I am petite at 5'1 and have slim shoulders, so it hung on me like a child wearing their parent's clothing. I am excited for our next visit. I highly recommend this experience for anyone privileged enough to have access to such a luxury that many may not ever get a chance to do!
