We are first timers and will definitely get on a regular schedule. Harry and his team did a wonderful job at our house this morning. They arrived on time, and were in and out in 2 hours - their work was very detailed and the house smells amazing. They charge hourly which is completely reasonable. Thank you so much, Harry and perfectionist team!

To Whom It May Concern, On October 16, I contacted Kathy, our lead house cleaner with The Perfectionist, regarding damage to our stovetop that occurred on October 14. She did not respond. I then notified Dylan via text about the same issue, as well as additional damage to our kitchen cabinet, dresser top, bathroom sconces, baseboards, and multiple areas of our walls. He stated he would forward the information to the appropriate person. Over the past year, we have repeatedly experienced damage caused by The Perfectionist’s cleaning crews, specifically Kathy (lead), Rob, Laurie, and Yadera. These issues have included dents and marks from vacuums hitting walls, cords dragged along baseboards, mops striking walls, scratching to our dresser top, and smear marks on our master bathroom sconces. All of these issues were reported to Kathy. The final incident occurred on October 14, when I personally observed Kathy using steel wool to clean our stove grates. While I believe this was an honest mistake, it resulted in visible scratching to the stovetop surface. I immediately contacted Dylan on October 16 but did not receive a response until October 20, after I called and requested to speak with a supervisor. During that call, I spoke with Eileen Flores, who assured me that The Perfectionist would take full responsibility and reimburse us for the following: the stovetop repair in the amount of $675.00, which has already been paid; the cost of repainting the damaged walls in the amount of $520.00; and the repair or repainting of the damaged kitchen cabinet is 277.50. I have paid for all and amwaiting for reimbursement from The Perfectionist. Eileen Flores confirmed this commitment both verbally and in writing after I requested written documentation. I submitted the invoice for the stovetop repair on October 28 via text, and she confirmed that a reimbursement check would be mailed. After multiple follow-ups, the check was finally mailed on November 7. On November 5, I also provided her with the invoice for the wall-repair painting work. Since that time, she has ignored all communication and refused to address the matter further. Due to the lack of response, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am prepared to pursue legal action if necessary. Eileen Flores is now disputing the photographs provided, claiming they do not correspond to the original damaged areas. To clarify, the initial photographs were examples illustrating the type of damage present throughout our home. I have since taken new photographs documenting the exact areas originally referenced and provided those to her. The professional painter who completed the work can confirm that the damage was extensive and consistent across multiple rooms, caused by the cleaning crew’s equipment, including vacuums, mops, and cords. For context, only my husband, age 79, and I, age 64, reside in this home. We have no pets, no children, and maintain a clean, orderly space. We remove our shoes at the door, and our home was fully remodeled and is essentially brand new. The only individuals who could have caused this damage are the four-person cleaning crew provided by The Perfectionist—Kathy (lead), Rob, Laurie, and Yadera—who clean our home every other week. All I am requesting is that The Perfectionist honor their written commitment and reimburse us for the damages they acknowledged and agreed to cover. Sincerely, Michelle P.S. Despite the team being a little late and not speaking much English, they did a fastastic job deep cleaning our downstairs bathroom and room. The doors and baseboards were filthy and look so great now. I wish I had before and after photos! Will definitely use again and recommend them highly for deep cleans. Elizabeth led the team at our home.

The team at Perfectionist Cleaning did an excellent job. Have hired house cleaners before from other companies and they didn’t get half as much done in the same time, for the same cost. House looked great once they were finished and were able to go above and beyond to knock out all the specific tasks I had on our list. We have a 1 & 4 year old here so the house gets messy. They were great.

If you want detailed cleaning and absolutely outstanding customer service, look no further! Elizabeth and Team 6 have cleaned our 4500 square foot home several times and their work is the best I have ever seen. Hourly costs are clearly communicated up front and they work to the minute, so you get every penny for what you pay. The team of four people come with all supplies and equipment. They are insured and arrive in company vans. They work very hard and are diligent to follow every request. They are kind and take pride in their work. This company is owned by a very experienced and kind team that understands excellent housekeeping. No matter what your needs, The Perfectionist has it covered and will always make sure you’re happy with your service. They are highly trustworthy and a true pleasure to work with.
