The Mansion Spa

We booked a full body Swedish massage for couples. We have been to various spas for massage and the Mansion Spa is one of the best experiences so far. Beds are heated, large and comfortable. The building g us nicely decorated and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The massage itself lasted 1.5 hours and it was great. The therapist has done a great and very thorough job on my back which is very knotty. My husband and I both felt relaxed and really enjoyed the experience. We will be back again.

Beautiful setting, welcoming smiles from Debra who offered us bottled water and was so calm and professional. Had an awesome massage from Debra who was understanding to my sciatic pain and at times focused on the area without compromising other areas. Stones were amazing and the warmth from the oils bliss! My mom said Astra was brilliant too and helped ease tension in a particular area of her shoulder again without compromising. We are considering a deep tissue massage soon for these reasons but so glad we went with hot stone. I only had a small cash tip to offer the manager to give to the ladies as I didn’t realise I could tip of Fresha app after massage. Suggestion , would be ideal to have mirrors in the toilets for our sleepy faces before leaving haha but there is a large mirror in reception and downstairs when exiting. Overall happy with service and will be returning thank you

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Mansion Spa in Birmingham. We originally wanted to book a couples Thai massage, but the therapist who offers this was unavailable. However, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and suggested the closest alternative—a sports massage for me and a foot massage for my husband—which turned out to be a fantastic choice. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. We were both placed in the same spacious room, which had a calming, relaxing ambience with soft lighting—perfect for unwinding together. The massage itself was exceptional. I had injured my back a few weeks prior, and after reassuring my masseuse that nothing was broken or nerve-related (I’d had an MRI), she focused carefully and expertly on the problem area. It was a full-body massage, and my therapist, Christina, was absolutely amazing—attentive, professional, and very intuitive. She regularly checked that the pressure was comfortable and adjusted it when needed, which made me feel completely cared for. This was honestly one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. My body feels incredible, my pain has noticeably reduced, and my neck and shoulders feel unbelievably light. I would 100% recommend The Mansion Spa and will definitely be returning—10/10 experience!

Myself and Brandon booked a couples deep tissue massage, when we arrived we were greeted by a lady at reception who was extremely professional and friendly also gave us some complimentary bottles of water which was a nice touch. During the massage we were greeted by Lana & Deborah who was extremely professional and very gentle, understood where we were tense and soon got to work! The venue was really nice and I absolutely loved the decor (please see pics!) we would highly recommend this massage centre for a place of relaxation and beauty, deffo will be back again!

Absolute heaven! My partner treated us to a one hour full body couples massage. He had Thai with Deborah and I had Deep Tissue with Lana. We feel so light and revived. The best deep tissue massage I have ever had! I will definitely be returning to Lana and wish to bring my Mommabear for Christmas. Really focused on my knots and tightness. My partner loved his also. We need to make this a regular thing!
