I use these guys all the time for my business when we have material to dispose of that is too large for our dumpster. We frequently have large, heavy, fragile items to dispose of. These guys are friendly, super careful and respectful of our space. They come when they say they will, are very responsive and charge a fair price for the level of service. Much appreciated! The guys showed up ready to get started - they made short work of evaluating contents, giving a quote (surcharge for 6th floor & elevator location), shifting contents to elevator bay area, handling items with care & consideration. Getting rid of stuff can be unexpectedly tough. My space feels lighter, airy, much more conducive for creating & producing. 😊🌟 I will be reaching out again to schedule a final pick up when I move out in the summer. I selected them because they make a concerted effort to donate & recycle. Highly recommend 👌🏾

I've been looking forward to decluttering for months, and Junkluggers made it happen. First plus: communication. Anthony and Ace called ahead asking if it was okay to come early, and we loved that they were proactive in asking and prompt in arriving. Second plus: Thoroughness. Once here, they clearly communicated every step of the way, from process to pricing, so we never had any questions or concerns, and were repeatedly thorough in checking items to load up. Third plus: great customer service. They were friendly, efficient, and extremely patient with my 9-year-old son who had lots of questions, and I couldn't believe how quickly they were done with the job.
