College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Nashville

THIS WAS THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, BOOK WITH “ALL MY SONS MOVING ANS STORAGE” STORY BELOW I ordered a pod to relocate from TN to FL. I initially tried to book with “ All My Sons Moving and Storage” however, they were completely booked that day.That left me tasked with finding a moving company that would be able to safely move my things. I ended up booking with “COLLEGE HUNKS HAULING JUNK” the first issue was with whomever initially booked me…I asked for junk removal and moving and although it was booked, (I received email confirmation) they never showed or called. The only people who showed up was the 2 man moving crew. (RED FLAG #1). When the 2 man moving crew came… one guy smelled like weed and appeared to be under the influence (RED FLAG #2). However, he was kind so I left it alone and decided to get the move started. The Pod that was sent was way smaller than the than I ordered. At that point I understood I would either need an additional pod or a U-Haul. I decided to have the pod that was dropped to me packed and to just order an additional pod. When the team began moving my things I instantly regretted booking with these people! One of the guys absolutely COULD NOT lift any of my things especially my couch. Which was crazy because I had moved several times and this was the first time this happened not only that HE DENTED MY WALL IN TWO PLACES. And the other guy had to keep telling him how to lift. Which he was still unable to do. So they had to call their manager (RED FLAG #3). The manager TAURUS said he was going to come….30 minutes later I call to find out his ETA because once the clock starts you are being charged and 30 mins had passed and he did not show up. When I connected with him. He was most UNPROFESSIONAL! He said things like “Mam, I’m only coming to move the couch.” “The guys should still be moving the smaller things” etc . The most frustrating was the fact that I called them to move MY HEAVY THINGS…. That was what was supposed to go in the pod. So his comments showed lack of understanding to the situation and to the customers needs. (RED FLAG #5) Since the team couldn’t lift my couch, I became very uncomfortable with them lifting the rest of my belongings. So we waited… When the manager came he arrived with a female. This confused me further. Then instead of working. They stood outside to gossip about the situation. When they finally came in I was very frustrated with the service that was provided. The team brought down My couch, however they stood outside again eve longer to talk. So At that point. I reached back out to “ALL MY SONS” and they had open availability. So they came and got the entire job done in 2 hours! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! Good luck trying to file a complaint with the call center to speak with the higher ups. No one is responsive, nor does anyone get back to you. The people on the phone are rude as well. Jazmine was very rude and not helpful. This company is all around a joke. Aside from my pod being super small. They did nothing to help in the situation. They left things worse than they found it and left their garbage (empty bottles on my stairs and in the parking lot) PLEASE TAKE HEED TO THE BAD REVIEWS. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL CONTINUE LOOKING INTO OTHER WAYS TO FILE A COMPLAINT!

Hired these guys to move a designer marble coffee table from my storage unit, to my home. When they got there, there was three guys working. One of them ran over another guy with their box truck. They proceeded to move my marble table into the box truck. Dropping the table in the truck and broke the table. This is a one of one designer table that cost $10,000 to make. I hired them to move it safely.. I asked the guys what happened. And the two other guys that were left told me it was their first day on the job. The management called me and offered me $250 for the inconvenience. But in order to get the $250 I had to pay for the $350 delivery. So I Was asked to pay $100 for a botched delivery job and a $10k loss breaking my things and running each other over. **** HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS! *****

It was a small job, but very big, heavy equipment, and furniture that I needed them to move. Once again, I was very pleased with the service provided to me. I highly recommend College Hunks!

Worst moving experience ever. Extremely unprofessional, took 4 hours longer than quoted. Lazy workers & dishonest. They damaged my home and my furniture. I will never use them again & I hope this helps people who are considering them. Stay away.

I had some donatable furniture and other items I needed to have removed and contacted College Hunks, based on a previous experience with them. Our team contacted us 30 minutes before arrival, smiling, eager, professionals that arrived early. We took a walk around the furniture/items locations and they provided an estimate for the removal. Since most of it was good furniture and donatable, we knew it would take some room in their truck. Price agreed upon and they began. My CH Team was very thorough, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process. I would give them 5+ stars!
