The Growing Tree School

Our son has been attending Growing Tree Preschool for almost a year now, and we’re so grateful for the growth we’ve seen in him during this time. He started in the younger class, where he quickly became attached to Teacher Winnie. The transition to the next class was hard on him at first, but with the support of the teachers and the kindness of Teacher Jessie, he adjusted well and is now thriving. We’ve seen such a big change in how he feels about going to school. He used to run away when we pulled up to the building and now he runs into school with a smile on his face. It’s clear that all the teachers truly care about the students and create a warm, loving environment. Even though we don’t speak Mandarin at home, it’s been so encouraging to hear him sing songs in Mandarin. I love how much he’s learning through everyday play and activities. We also really appreciate how proactive the school is when it comes to health and safety. Knowing that our son is well cared for both emotionally and physically gives us a lot of peace of mind. The app the school uses has also been a great tool for us as parents. We love seeing the daily photo updates, and the ability to notify teachers at pickup time makes the whole process smooth and efficient. My 3.5 year old and 1 year old have both been going to Growing Tree since they were 5 months old. We have been very happy there. My children have liked all their teachers and I feel like they have all been caring and supportive. They have a lot of different age appropriate activities for the kids, and we get occasional photo updates about what they’re up to in an app. There is a nice outside play area, so the kids get to play outside daily, which is important to me. I’m also very proud of my daughter, who thanks to the bilingual nature of the school, knows many Chinese words and songs and is already loving the language.

We've been incredibly happy with Growing Tree. Our son—who’s been going for nearly two years—can’t wait to head off to school each morning. He absolutely loves his teachers and friends, and the staff are genuinely caring and consistent. I especially look forward to the photo updates, showcasing everything from science experiments and gardening to art. It’s such a clear window into his joyful learning. The bilingual environment is thoughtfully designed—small class sizes, bright spaces, and a warm, enriching atmosphere. It truly feels like a second home. I can’t wait for my daughter to enroll next!

My family loves The Growing Tree. All the teachers are so caring and dedicated. They are always smiling and positive. My son Thomas is a preschooler now but he started attending at 14 months old and he loved all the teachers at every stage, including his current teacher Jessie. My daughter is 15 months and also loves her teacher Joey. They both go to school happily every day. The Growing Tree has a nice big playground on one side and a garden on the other, all fenced in and safe. The kids get fresh air every day and learn how to care for plants which I love. I also really appreciate teacher Eva. She is always there to answer any questions and help with any problem. You can tell she really cares about the kids, the parents and the staff!

We love Growing Tree. Our son has been in their care for 3 years now. Our youngest will start at Growing Tree soon too! They have excellent teachers, a thoughtful enriching curriculum, and a large facility. I love getting photo updates of my son’s daily activities such as science experiments, gardening, collaborative art projects, cultural celebrations, special guests and so much more. My son loves his friends, and the parent community coordinates group playdates on the weekends too. As an educator myself, I’m particularly impressed with their teacher retention, and the positive energy their staff maintains from drop off until pickup. It’s comforting that my son sees so many familiar faces and loving adults each day- his very first teacher from when he was 5 months old, is still there to greet him in the morning, as well as most of the other lovely teachers he’s had along the way.
