I love the Cleaning Authority! They are always very professional and thorough. My house looks fantastic when they leave.They did a move out cleaning at my parents house a few weeks ago and my realtor and I were so impressed the house was immaculate! Definitely recommend them.

I’ll start by saying the ladies that came to my house were very nice. However, the clean itself was very subpar and the customer service afterwards was even worse. I hired them to do a 1 time deep clean for over $300 and they left multiple places untouched. I sent the pictures below to their office really just as a hey not a huge deal but I wanted to bring this to your attention. The representative offered no apology then proceeded to blame me for just being an hourly customer? (I never set any hard stop time on their hours, in fact the cleaner asked me at the beginning if she could stay longer if needed to do a better job and I said yes please do). Not a good experience, I’d look elsewhere.

I’ve been a client for many years. The cleaning staff does a good job. Additionally the company will send a quality control person periodically to verify that the work is being done correctly. The scheduling staff is professional and accommodating.

Scheduled cleaning in a timely manner, sent address, offered to let the people park, just asked for a call when they arrived. Explained my cleaning needs to Mary...it was all good. Gave my cc # ahead of time which I don't like to do. Day of close to an hour late. No notice. I had to reach out and got NO satisfaction. They increased my confirmed estimate by $20. My apt is only 500sq feet. So it would have not taken more time to justify the $20 extra. The cleaning people went 30 miles away from where I live when I had more than once given my correct address. I had to cancel so I can find a more dependable cleaning service. I will never use them...ever!

We were genuinely surprised with how clean and well organized everything was. They moved things around in such a careful way and even organized some messy areas. Definitely will be booking for regular cleanings.
