It is unfortunate that only five stars can be given in a review. The service, quality of work and promptness of T&G far exceeds Five stars. Since we have been using them several of our neighbors have also used them for a variety of services. Since we have lived in our present residence for 13 years, we have had occasions to use several roofing and gutter companies. None have compared to T&G. Without reservation, we recommend them. He'll come across concerns during roof installs and just fix it, because customer service is far more important than profit, at times. I did some homework and their prices are Super reasonable. He'll meet you anywhere in your hectic schedule and busy travels. For sure, I will absolutely call and utilize their services in the future!!

The selection process was very easy. Tom explained the products, gave us samples to evaluate and documented the warranties. Timing was good and even though the re-roofing was a noisy and messy procedure. it was done extremely well done. We are happy with the final product. The installers could have been a bit more careful with the removal of the skylights as we found multiple nails inside the house. The clean up process outside could have been a bit more detailed. I am still finding scraps of paper and bits of shingles. Items that were removed outside (bird feeders, decorative items) were not replaced when the installers were done.

We recently hired T&G Enterprise LLC for a siding installation at my home, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the quality of work was abysmal. The siding has already started falling off the house, and the installation process caused significant damage (broken cable box, exposed electrical etc.) to my property. Moreover, they failed to honor the agreed-upon discounted terms (veteran discount), and their communication has been non-existent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the most recent issues, we have been met with the same response of "I'll call my installation guy now.", with no response until we contact them again. I strongly advise against using their services, as their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is alarming. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable siding company. Edited to Respond to Company's Response: Thank you for your response. I appreciate the efforts you've made to address the issues and the gestures of compensation provided. However, I'd like to clarify a few points: Timely Responses: While you mention that responses were timely, my experience felt otherwise. There were delays that added to my frustration from the beginning including scheduling communication errors with the workers. Clearer communication about expected response times in the future would be helpful. Compensation: I acknowledge the approx. $300 discounts and $100 gift card, and we appreciate them. However, the value of these compensations doesn't fully address the inconvenience and frustration I experienced. Or the fact that not even 3 months after the siding install, the siding is falling off. I'm sure you, as a family owned business yourself, can see how this is concerning to us as a family with children and a dog, that another piece of siding could fall off and injure someone. Also that discount will not cover the possible damages that could happen to our windows from the trim not being done properly during the install and was missed on the follow up fix as it was agreed to. Veteran's Discount: I appreciate the acknowledgment of the oversight regarding the Veteran's discount. As a Veteran household, this is an important issue for me, and I hope that future processes will ensure such discounts are applied correctly without needing rectification. I understand mistakes can happen, but the cumulative effect of these issues impacted my experience significantly. I hope my feedback helps you improve your services for future customers. With a big purchase like this we expect an excellent level of work. The issues that we experienced from the beginning of the project, was highly unacceptable.

T&G Enterprise did a great job installing our new sliding glass door! Tom is a great business owner. He wants to make sure the job is done right! I really like the look of the new door and the install was done well. Everyone who works for T&G is professional and respectful. They did a good job cleaning up after the work was complete and were responsive to emails. Also, it did not hurt that the price was very reasonable. I would recommend T&G Enterprise for any of your exterior needs.
