The one who gave me the haircut was really sweet, but the haircut isn’t up to the mark at all, it wasn’t skillfully cut, just random cuts without cutting even on both the sides. Definitely not going back for a haircut. It’s good for shampooing though.

I had my hair cut by dear Denin. My hair was very damaged with lots of split ends, but she was extremely careful and spent a lot of time cutting it into beautiful layers. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with your hair! We stayed there for about 2hours until our turn, it worth to wait for it but please work on appointments management:)

My experiences at the Drexel Supercuts have been consistently frustrating — primarily due to chronic delays and a complete disregard for customers’ time. Wait times regularly run 40–60 minutes beyond the stated estimate, even when you check in ahead of time. On my most recent visit, the wait was already 30+ minutes past schedule. During that time, I observed a stylist give what appeared to be a friend a haircut without processing payment and then leave for a break immediately afterward — while multiple customers who had properly checked in continued waiting. It’s also common to see 15–20 minute gaps between every client with people disappearing in the back. If you don’t believe it, review the camera footage. Meanwhile, customers sit waiting with no communication, no transparency, and no acknowledgment of the delay. Being short-staffed happens. Running behind occasionally happens. But chronic 40–60 minute delays combined with poor time management and apparent favoritism reflect a deeper operational issue. If you value your time — especially as a student or professional on a tight schedule — plan accordingly or consider other options. Reliability and basic respect for customers’ time should not be too much to ask. ***Update (2/14)*** 1. No one has reached out. 2. Watch your cams on Jan 6 at 4:30 and see how many people leave and walkout because you all can't run on time. So much business lost. 3. See all of feedback left by others experiencing the same issue over and over.

I have had some bad haircuts from this place before, but the other day I was desperate and had no other options and came in for a hair cut. I got Domonique as my barber and she gave me the best haircut I have ever got here. She was nice and sweet and very talented. I told her I don't usually do my hair but I still let her put some gel in and it had me feeling and looking amazing and she even cleaned me off with a hot rag afterwards, it was a very different experience this time around I wish I could give more stars I will definitely be back

Cody was excellent today and did a great job. I had an appointment for 4 o’clock today and the manager called me and told me my cutter would not be available and we reset it with Rene at 4:30. I was there by 4:30. By 5 p.m. I was still sitting there and none of the other 2 cutters there at the time said anything to me. One guy I don’t know his name even took someone ahead of me who walked in after me and cut his hair first! There might’ve been a reason for this, but no one said a word to me. around 5 o’clock another person walked in, which was Cody and he cut my hair. I also want to say that I walked there last night to get a haircut at 6 PM because I saw they were open until eight. It would not let me book online, but it did not tell me that the place was booked through 8 o’clock. I found that out when I walked all the way overthere. I stood at the counter for longer than was necessary until one of the two people who were there (Just a couple of feet from where I was standing.and seemed like I was bothering them) told me they were booked through 8 o’clock. do your employees not get Customer service training? in any case, I was clearly not valued at that salon.
