Suburban Roofing & Siding

We had this company replace a roof on our condo building 5 years ago I have begged them for over 6 months to please just come do a roof inspection. We have called weekly for months. I even seen the owner next door and said oh I need a big ladder and Ill be back. Never seen or heard from him again. This isn't a residential job this is 2 large condominium buildings with 12 units. We need annual inspections. Especially with owners reporting roof leaks. If I could give them a -5 I would. Ive worked in real estate 18 years and I was here for Katrina I seen my share of bad contractors. Lord, Ive never had to beg a company to pay them to inspect their own work.

Extremely Disappointed I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this roofing company has been beyond frustrating. I had a roof installed just three years ago, and despite multiple attempts to reach out about a leak, I’ve received no real help. Messages go unanswered, promises to call back are never kept, and no one is ever available to come out and inspect the issue. The only explanation I’ve been given is that they are “in transition” due to one partner buying out the other—but this has been their excuse for weeks. A transition shouldn't completely halt customer service or leave existing customers in the dark, especially when dealing with something as serious as a leaking roof. If you're considering this company, think twice. A warranty or service promise means nothing if no one will actually show up or respond. I trusted them once, but never again.

Richard at Suburban Roofing was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed the roof replaced on my new house within 30 days of closing to satisfy homeowners insurance. Despite the short timeframe, I was pleasantly surprised when Suburban Roofing was able to replace the roof a week after closing. It looks great, and I am happy with the new fortified roof. We've had numerous roof repairs and several replacements over the years, but our experience with Suburban--a new Fortified roof--was far and away the best. Owner Marty was on the scene from beginning to end not only overseeing his own crew but keeping in close touch with the inspectors who provide the official Fortified Roof designation. Simply the best.

Suburban Roofing and Siding repaired the damage to my roof from Hurricane Ida. They were fast, efficient, and respectful of my residence. They had to undo some “temporary“ repairs that another roofing company performed while we were waiting for our insurance company to resolve our damage claim.We’re still waiting, but decided to go ahead with the repairs after waiting almost 2 years. Once we decided to proceed Ray of Suburban was able to schedule the work quickly, and completed it in just a few days. Ray was great to work with. He kept us informed of how the work was progressing several times a day. Suburban was recommended to us by several people, and we found those recommendations to be spot on. We would recommend them to anyone.
