Stellar Home Services

I used Stellar for couple of years and they were okay at first, but the experience seriously declined as time went on. There were a couple of billing mix ups and quite a few schedule changes and cancellations on their end. In addition, I think they had staffing issues, as we frequently would have a completely new cleaner who didn't seem to have much experience / training. On the last visit, Stellar sent someone who was so obviously high that I ended up canceling our service. Would not recommend.

Edit for Stallar's comment: they said they tried to take care of it, but that is not true. They never reached out or attempted to resolve this at all. My last communication was me asking for the photos and receipt that I never got. Landed up being another $300 for another company to come in and actually clean. I had Stellar come and do a move out clean for me this month. I was out of town and was told that they were going to take before and after photos and send them to me when it was completed. I never received that email and ended up calling. I was told that they would send me those images and my receipt and everything ASAP, but I again never heard from them. I have now had a property management company go through the house and they told me that the cleaning was very sub par and will need to be redone in several area (windowsills not wiped down, bathrooms not well cleaned, appliances still dirty, etc). I will now have to drive the 3 hour trip back to the property just to finish up what Stellar did not get done correctly. Poor communication and poor service all the way throughout my experience with them.

I hired stellar home services following an injury with inability to clean myself. The team was on time, professional, and did a thorough job deep cleaning my home. My house looks and smells amazing. Highly recommend.

Stellar Home Services did a deep clean of our house 6 months after our baby arrived and cleaning had really been neglected. They did such an amazing job! When I got home from work, it smelled amazing throughout the house and every window and surface is sparkling. Susannah was super responsive and got me on the schedule very quickly when I reached out. 110% recommend them and will be using them regularly to help us out.

I had a great experience with Stellar from the moment that I filled out the very accessible form on their web site, the in person estimate, the wonderful job the two ladies did in cleaning our apartment for a move out cleaning, & the easy online payment process. Even one of the cleaners said she wished her home was this clean. I've already suggested Stellar to a neighbor at my new apartment complex & thinking of scheduling a cleaning now & then for the new home. I am very impressed with this company and have no problem suggesting them to anyone looking for a great cleaning experience.
