Sensory deprivation tank was great. It was clean and a good atmosphere but the experience wasn’t as good as most sensory deprivation tanks I’ve been to. Usually they offer tea and a place to hang out before and after but the people barely talked to me. Still a great time, but slightly less good of an experience than im used to. I’d still go tho

What a gem! The spa is spotless and smells fantastic. The staff is kind and the sound bath given by GEM was incredible. She is intuitive and a truly gifted facilitator. The experience left me in awe and it was by far the most rewarding south bath I had ever experienced. A must!

I recently spent a morning at Sôlt Wellness and left feeling like I’d been on a mini retreat. Every detail of the space is designed to calm your senses from the moment you walk through the door. The staff greeted me warmly, explained each service, and made me feel completely comfortable trying something new. My first stop was yoga in the salt room, and it was unlike any class I’ve taken before. Surrounded by glowing Himalayan salt walls, breathing felt deeper and cleaner, and the gentle movement paired beautifully with the therapeutic air. It was equal parts energizing and grounding. Afterward, I slipped into the floating pod—a blissful sensory-free experience. The water was perfectly warm and buoyant, and within minutes I felt my muscles let go of weeks of tension. Time completely melted away; I left feeling weightless and renewed. I finished with a session in the Somadome meditation pod, which cocooned me in soothing light and guided meditation. Everything at Sôlt Wellness—from the serene décor to the thoughtful staff—felt intentional and elevated. If you’re looking for a truly restorative escape right in Charleston, I can’t recommend this combination of services highly enough. It’s the perfect way to recharge body and mind.

I cannot say enough good things. I was in the area for buisness and decided to take a pilates class here. It's $25 for a pop in which thought was a fair price. The people at the front desk were so kind, welcoming and helpful! The class is a little under an hour long and it's a workout! I felt it in my abs for two days and also in my arms (they use resistance bands.) The instructor was incredible and her Playlist was a vibe! The pilates class takes place in their pink salt room, which is one of the coolest things I have ever seen! Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

I was surprised by a Mother’s Day, massage and salt room treatment while visiting Charleston this weekend, and was blown away by the beautiful ambience as well as both services. The owner was very welcoming upon arrival along with Kristen at the front desk. Lauren, arguably, gave the most amazing massage I’ve ever had. I am never able to relax and she was able to do it. I love that you just pick your massage time and then it’s really custom from there! If she was local I would have a standing quarterly massage! Can’t wait to come back and visit!
