I just tried to call and got transferred to the call center 5 times, then was informed that your office is already closed for today 2/19/26 at 12:33pm. I would like to know is the hours of operation correct online because it clearly states that your location is open. If hours have changed can some one from marketing or the manager please update.

After 2 years of looking for a Dentist that would take my insurance, finally found the right place. By far this place was the best I encountered. I have a Severe Brain Injury and 90% of the time I don't understand what people are trying to explain. Is even worse when i have to filled forms. Many times I wish that I can give them my insurance card, id, asked me the questions and i tell you the answers. After 30 minutes that i finished the paperwork, i only waited 5 minutes and i was in. Right away X-rays. Maria was pretty nice. I like how she treated me and explained what she was going to do before she did the X-rays. I like that. The Doctor later came in, I explained my situation with my teeth, she examine, she explained in details what she could do and asked about if I needed medication prior to be treated? I said yes. That is a extremely important because I don't want to get a bacterial infection that could affect my knee replacement. Later, the other nice receptionist came with a breakdown of the work that the doctor was going tò summit to my insurance, how much it was going to cost me and how much the insurance was going to cover. Overall this place was better, more pleasant, more understanding, more professional. I visited in 2 years anout 30 places and all of those they just care about how much money they can get instead of explaining why they didn't take certain insurance or just be more polite intead of being dismissal. I recommend this place for those people who want to be treated with respect!

I absolutely love Smiley Dental. I have been bringing my daughters to this location for years and I’ve also been seen myself. They pulled my wisdom teeth and I didn’t have any pain afterwards. They are very prompt, not much wait time when you have an appointment and they always give my girls a goodie bag that they enjoy.

Tomasa was so great. I love having her as a nurse. The doctor is quite lovely too. I’ve been looking at a lot of different places trying to find the best plan for me. I got that at Smileys. Thanks ladies.
