I have been going to Sirona Spa for a few years now, but I've never had a massage as amazing as the one Kat gave me on Monday. She was attentive, kind, and even educated me! I can't wait to come back and see her soon!

I’ve been going to Sirona on and off for about two years. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage with Aaron, my favorite, and Sonia, who did an amazing job per my boyfriend. Super relaxing atmosphere, kind and welcoming staff, super knowledgeable and very skilled massage therapists at this spa. If you haven’t already you should really check it out.

Called two hours to cancel a massage and only offered 25% for rebooking even after the appointment was made noting it was for a 60th birthday gift. A float at 5pm was scheduled for after the massage that wasn't even offered for a discount. While I understand accidents come up, a special birthday and first time customer would be something I would have offered a free added service or more heavy discount ( and I'm a small business owner myself ). This gift took coordination across three time zones so it wasn't an easy reschedule and the fact the receptionist took no empathy towards that made me not want to recommend this place. Better off spending the same for higher quality treatment anywhere else Edit to add the first response I got was great the corrected version everyone sees on this review is not. Again would not recommend.

Overall I enjoyed the sensation of floating in the salt water. I was more relaxed and slept well that night. I like the choice of light or no light, music or no music, although i would prefer a warm white light to the purple light. The space is beautiful and the spa in general is well run. I appreciated a hair dryer and I enjoyed the room to relax in after to drink tea and integrate. The only thing is that the water was a little cool for me, they did tell me they could bring it up a degree if i requested and even put it in my file for next time, but i don't think that would be warm enough for me, i was on the verge of being chilly the whole time and warmer water would've let me relax more deeply. It was only ok because the air was so warm. Also, if you're sensitive to scents, bring your own shampoo, body wash and conditioner.

KAT O. is awesome! Ive been going to Sirona since nearly when they opened. My wife and I have had lots and lots of massages here. Since I have had Kat do the sports massage I will prefer her over anyone else. Her technique and pressure is second to none! I will definitely continue to go here over anywhere else thats for sure! -Marc Ferguson
