SEVA Organic Spa and Boutique

I scheduled a facial on a Friday to be seen the following Sunday. It required a $75 booking fee to hold my spot. I paid for it. I woke up the following morning (in the middle of the night) with what seemed like pink eye. It turned out to just be a virus, but I notified Tricia immediately via text. She didn't reply for a whole day. The day of my appointment, the next day, she said "sorry, I cannot refund you" (she has a 48 hour cancellation policy). I got sick last minute, and she refused to refund me. I even told her that I am not made of money, that I am a stay at home mom of three and only work 5 hours a week making $15/hr. She was adamant about not refunding me of putting that fee towards a future appointment. When I attempted to schedule a future appointment, it wasn't easy because of my availability, and right when I had an appointment somewhere else, she just gave up and said that servicing me "just wasn't meant to be" and refused service to me in general. Communication via text was always cordial and polite, but then she got short with me out of nowhere and refused further scheduling me simply because of issues with my availability, which btw was flexible. I am flabbergasted at this woman's character and integrity. It was a mistake thinking it might be alright booking a future appointment after my first experience with her, and having no empathy or consideration towards me. She said it was just business. However, I feel deeply that Tricia took complete advantage of me. I will never book with her.

I have been getting facials from Tricia for years. She’s seen my skin through pregnancies, job changes, and many Alaskan winters. She’s like a chemist with her products. She assesses what my skin needs, finds the right mix of products, and delivers every time. Facials from Tricia will be a staple of my wellness routine for as long as she’s providing the service.

The Eminence Skin Care products she uses are the best I've had the pleasure of using in my years. They are soothing, gentle and effective at calming my Rosacea and keeping my skin glowing and supple. What a blessing I found in Trisha's care and kindness.

This is such a cool, unique little spa boutique! I always come out of my appointments in a daze from being so relaxed. Tricia is great at knowing just what you need both for skin care and emotional rejuvenation. She is kind, has a great sense of humor, and her product line smells great! I really enjoy coming here.
