I purchased a 60 minute massage on Groupon, then when I called to set up the appointment she said there was a $20 fee for booking an appointment- never heard of a business making you pay a fee for a reservation for an appointment. The lady I spoke with on the phone was ignorant & very rude. I still scheduled my appointment & she cancelled it within 30 minutes of not paying her the $20 deposit fee- I told her I would call back to pay it. She waited 30 minutes then cancelled my appointment. It seems like this business owner is extremely money hungry & in debt.. I would never go to this establishment. I would give 0 stars if I could. Pathetic!

Love love love my sessions at Serenity Beauty & Spa! The staff is always making sure I’m comfortable throughout the session and the vibes are always unmatched! I’ve been to a few other businesses that do this line of work and the results last literally a day but with Serenity Beauty & Spa, I have REAL long term results!

I am a mom who has struggled with stretch marks, loose skin, and stubborn belly fat. 3 sessions of the Snatch Me Up Combo and the difference is enough that my husband noticed without me mentioning it! So far I have lost 5lbs and can see a visible decrease in the rolls under my bra band. The skin on my lower abdomen also looks and feels tighter than it has in a long time! Kyonna is easy to talk to and great at explaining the techniques being used. She has truly listened to my goals and has customized each session to help me achieve noticeable results quickly!

Jovy is the best! I love that she explains everything and if she is unsure, she looks for the info. She makes each session great and we have great conversations. She makes you feel super comfortable. Love you Jovy ♥️♥️ They also offer great discounts and various services which is awesome.

Yesterday I had the BEST pedicure of my life - yes, MY LIFE! Lol I've only ever had basic pedicures, but this Himalayan pedicure was so worth the extra money. They use pink Himalayan salt scrub, paraffin wax, and a massage & gel polish is included. My feet have never felt so good the next day too! They even give you champagne!! And I love this color 😊 So if you ever want to treat yourself, go support a woman-owned small local business! They offer various types of pedicures, manicures and other services like lashes and body sculpting too.The place is beautiful with a great atmosphere. It even smells good when you walk in!!

Went yesterday for my very first massage, was a couples massage and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had! From initial booking to walking in the door. The environment is so soothing and relaxing, the ladies are super professional asked all good questions and went to work! They even discussed all the knots they found while massaging and gave us great recommendations. I can’t say enough good about this place! If you’re on the fence, jump over it and book with them here!
