I’ve tried for over 2 months to get one of their workers to come fix an issue they caused when installing a fan in July. They don’t respond to calls or texts often. When they do respond they promise to show up at specific times agreed upon by both parties then they don’t show up. This has happened numerous times. They can’t seem to get their act together. Don’t use them.

So I searched again and came across Schmidt’s Electrical. I had never heard of them before, but something in my spirit nudged me to call. When I reached out, the owner, Erik, answered right away. He listened patiently to my situation and said he would come immediately. True to his word, he arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair and honest price. He was not only timely, but also kind, respectful, and professional — truly a blessing in a time of distress. Erik told me he would gather what he needed and return shortly. Within a few hours, I had power again. The next morning, Pepco arrived and was surprised to see how much easier their job had been made. God had truly sent help right when I needed it most.
