We had Roman electric come out today to replace our water heater we had. Called them yesterday and they were able to be out in under 24 hours and Alex was our technician. His work was amazing. He was able to lay out all of our options so we could make the choice. That was actually going to work best for us versus trying to upsell us and it was just wonderful to have him.

Amazing experience start to finish. Great intake/scheduling process, clear communication and transparent pricing. Alex F. was excellent! Super knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He laid out my options clearly then got the work done cleanly and efficiently. We will definitely be calling Roman again for plumbing and electrical work!

My technician, Jordan, did an excellent job on my lighting installation. He was very efficient, polite, and his attention to detail with the post-installayion clean-up was exceptional. I would highly recommend Jordan as a Roman Home Services technician! Please post Jordan's picture with the other Roman Home Services tech pictures. PS - The pricing for the light switch replacements were EXTREMELY high! Technical staff great, front office staff need to ACCURATELY schedule appointments, and some of the basic electrical services are priced too HIGH!

I use Roman electric for my yearly inspections today. Ben, who was the HVAC technician, was very professional very courteous and also very acknowledge. He made me feel comfortable. He explained everything to me. Ben is an assett too Roman electric. I have also spoken to Ashley on the phone. She has been very courteous and professional. I made two appointments with their AI and that was not Successful, I will certainly try the AI again, but I will follow up immediately with a real person.

Kevin H at Roman Electric did the wiring for outlets, spot light, as well as the low voltage lighting for our reconstructed deck. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about his profession. We will definitely recommend Kevin to family and friends. We would definitely hire Kevin again if the need arose.
