Sapa Spa and Wellness

My mother, sister & I came to Sapa today as a birthday present to myself. And… WOW!! Such an amazing experience. The space was clean, inviting & smelled good. Natalie & Thang were very nice and hospitable. I loved every part of our visit. The sauna was warm & very relaxing. The ionic footbath was refreshing, I loved the massage chair & the complimentary ginseng tea! The herbal bath was really healing. The salt chamber was so relaxing that I fell asleep right in the chair! 10/10 experience & I will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Sapa for helping make my birthday memorable in the best way possible.

Amazing!! I started going to Sapa Spa for mani/pedis with Thang when they first opened (about a month before my wedding), and it’s been the best addition to the neighborhood. Thang is meticulous and truly wonderful—she’s detailed without taking forever—and her Dazzle Dry manicures last up to three weeks for me. She did a French manicure for my wedding and it was absolutely flawless. I honestly wish I had more photos of my nails from that day! It still looked perfect three weeks later, even after four days at the beach with sunscreen, sand, and everything else. I’ve only gone elsewhere a few times when I’ve been out of town, and even with Dazzle Dry, nothing compares. Highly, highly recommend Sapa Spa!

What a wonderful, relaxing experience! The spa is incredibly clean, serene, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa day package. The sauna was deeply restorative, the detox foot bath felt refreshing, and the massage chairs were the perfect way to completely unwind. The dao baths were unique and calming, and the salt chamber was such a peaceful rejuvenating space to just breathe and reset. Every detail felt intentional from the tranquil atmosphere to the friendly attentive staff who made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. It is the perfect escape to slow down and recharge! We left feeling refreshed, renewed, and already planning our next visit. Can’t wait to go back again!

Hands down one of my most favorite spas in all of Denver! I have had the honor and privilege to hold sound baths in their salt room on top of being able to experience their special red Dao baths and it is ONE OF A KIND. I went recently when I was really sick and the Red Dao really helped heal my body and kick out whatever I was feeling. My husband and I also went into the salt room after our soak and it was absolute BLISS. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience at Sapa Spa! We did the Spa Day Package which included the sauna, foot bath, herbal bath in their copper tubs, and a salt room. It was a great value and I felt amazing after! The staff was helpful and caring and the space was clean and inviting. My favorite service was the herbal bath - very unique - they’re actually the only place in the US to have one! Thanks for a great day!
