I love this place... I have registered and titled multiple vehicles at this location and every time I have been there they are fast and extremely helpful. If you don't want to go to the Bexar County Tax Assessors office (I never do) this is the place to go. Very little wait time.

The most Unpleasant person I have EVER had to work with. So, my husband paid for our sticker back in Oct 6th. Fast-forward to today Dec 17th. We were refinancing our car with our bank & they needed to upload our Registration. The bank said the registration belong to a different car. We realize when my husband went to register our vehicle, he gave them his ID and insurance, what they had on their screen was two vehicles one are current the other one in old vehicle we don't use. Without verifying which we didn't know they had access to both of them, they just gave the registration to one of the vehicles which was the older one. We realize it was a mistake so we went to the San Antonio Auto title, to get it resolved. Immediately when we walked in Sonia here in the picture, was extremely rude already. We sat down told her what happened. She wouldn't even look at us. She kept fidgeting with her paperwork and other things that she was doing. My husband explained and she asked for proof he gave her the phone and she wouldn't even look at the phone for a good minute because she was still figuring with all her other paperwork. She said real snooty well whatever insurance you gave her is the one that she used and I only have one insurance for one vehicle. You can see her bag of skinny pop corn, she kept eating while talking to us smacking her lips. Chewing with her mouth open and talking to us with her mouth full. At one time she licked her fingers and was touching all her paperwork which we didn't even want to give her our phone again but we had to show her proof. I did record her being extremely rude to us. And finally we got up to ask for help from the other lady across the room. When Sonia and my husband were going back and forth and she didn't want to talk to him anymore, she looked at me to now talk to me. Before that she wouldn't even look at me and wouldn't even acknowledge me when I was talking to her. When I immediately saw how Richie was, I asked her if she was in the bad mood. She said with a rude tone "No, not at all" And I said well we're just trying to talk to you and you're being extremely rude. She wouldn't look at me wouldn't acknowledge me. We asked for manager she yelled that she is the manager. We asked for a manager above her, corporate. She said there is no corporate. But the other lady that we were talking to who helped us, said she didn't know the corporate number. But they wouldn't even give us anybody above Sonia, I even asked for the owner of the company and they wouldn't give me any information. The girl that we were talking to did admit that the other girl Selma did make an error and they still wouldn't fix it. So we had to pay double.

I had a good experience here with the ladies that work there, they're fast and efficient and very knowledgeable regarding registration. Great customer service Quick and easy process.

This company has been extremely unprofessional — their staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve issues, despite us paying for services that were ultimately not completed. I strongly advise any dealer or individual to avoid using this company. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service do not align with the standards expected in this industry.

came here for the first time , DEFINITELY will be here next year . from being greeted as soon as i walk in and someone taking care of me immediately! definitely 10/10 . and i was in and out within 10 minutes . they are so fast while being friendly
