If you have to deal with Heather Bourne I wish you luck. The paper work following the closing is another story. She doesn't return phone calls after 3 calls several days apart. I called the original real estate agent who called her. Heather finally returned my call several days later. Said she would give the information to the attorney and let me know when the papers were ready to be signed. I told her I want to have it done by the end of the year. She told me that would not be a problem. I finally called her office on December 30th and was sent to her assistant who told me the papers were at her office waiting for me to come in and sign. I went immediately to her office at which time her assistant Amy had me sign the papers. The date on the document was December 17th. I asked if it had been there since then. She stated it had been. She also stated it would be filled today making it in by the end of the year. I would not recommend using this title company for your closing.

The team at Frontier Title near 1604 and NW Military is awesome. This was the 6th time we’ve had the occasion to work with a title company and they exceeded our expectations. They were very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the long process.

Lynn Bradshaw is mind blowing. Highly educated and very detailed person! Every time I go there she has something New to educate me on. She helps me as real estate agent to reach higher! We had a closing Here; Staff was very welcoming by offering beverages and snacks; our closing Escrow Officer Liz Thompson was very professional and explained every document we reviewed a d sign. This made for a smooth closing.

Frontier Title and Heather Bourne specifically is my GO TO for closing my contracts. At 20 years of experience in this industry, I can not stress enough how important it is to have competent and capable people on your team. I recently had a contract that due to negotiations was at a competitor who could not see the path forward for getting the deal closed. I reached out to Heather and she was able to find the solution in order together us across the closing table- what's even better is instead of taking the file and causing a delay, she called the competing title company and gave them the solution they needed in order to get the deal done. That's the kind of people we need in our industry and certainly the person I want to work with. Thank you for all the great years of service. Let's cheers to many more to come!
