I was so nervous about the process when I started my search but Jake Aversa took all that away! He came by for the estimate and he was very detailed and thorough in his review and in letting me and my dad know how the whole process would go. He listened to my fathers story with compassion and went through all outlets to provide us with an affordable way to get our needs met. He is phenomenal! The work was completed in one day and the crew was respectful and cleaned up very well. The whole process was the best I could ever expect. 10 out of 10 would recommend Salty Dog..ask for Jake! Great company with fantastic employees!!! From start to finish the job was unstressful with beautiful results. Our old vinyl was almost 30 years old, was very brittle and had gotten a few holes and chips over the years. The new vinyl looks fantastic and the project was a good price. The materials and workmanship are excellent. Our sales rep, Kourtney, handled the project in a professional manner and answered our many questions. She truly made the project easier and is a pleasure to deal with. Everyone with the company were respectful, courteous, hardworking and professional with us. We would not hesitate to use Roofing Pups again. Dec 2025 update - After a couple of days of gale force winds, my husband noticed a couple pieces of siding on the northern end of our house had come loose up under the eaves. I called the company to let them know. They made an appointment with us and sent a man out to check it. He fixed the issue while here and even checked all around the house to ensure the rest of the work was still secure. Their service is great and so is their warranty!!!
