I left feeling lighter, centered, and fully supported, both physically and spiritually. Her service was nothing short of excellent — and I’ve already booked my next appointment! This was my first trip to Sage roots. This was one of the best experiences that I’ve had receiving a Reiki healing service. Lauren was so sweet and so attentive and really catered to exactly what I needed to hear. I initially came to Sage Roots in January 2021 for my birthday with a friend. We got the 90 minute massage and reiki. It was a wind experience and everything I was told happened by May 2021. Fast forward to January 2025 I booked another massage and reiki with Lauren for my birthday. She told me in my reiki that I should not worry about my new it will be completely different from the job was at, at that time. She said it’s my graduation season and beginnings were on the way. May of 2025 I started my new job that had been a breath of fresh air! I wanted to get a reading today to clear some old energies and I have a calling to start my purpose. Therefore, I made my appointment with Lauren for another reiki. Today was beautiful reading and my body stopped hurting. I received clarity on my next steps in life and confirmations. Lauren is a true gift! Went in for my first massage and reiki experience and it was amazing and exactly what my body needed. Lauren was able to guide me through the whole process and all of her insight was very applicable to my life. The massage was amazing. I feel like a weight has been lifted. Highly recommend.

I had my first in person reiki and massage session with Lauren, the owner of the spa, and it was a great experience. The set up of the spa is serene and calm. I knew I mommy chakras needed a lot of balancing… the experience was so helpful and Lauren was so nice. The spa is in a great part of Dallas and easy to access.
