We needed to replace the windows on the front of our home due to some rot issues. I called a couple of companies, got quotes from Pella, Anderson and Safe Harbor. We went with Safe Harbor and are very pleased. Justin was top notch in our discussions and his recommendations. Very friendly and took the time to talk to us about options. We went with Marvin windows, wonderful upgrade over our old Pella. The installation team/crew was absolutely amazing. This is such a critical piece. True craftsmen at window installs. Timely, polite, cleaned up well. Brought any issues to my attention. Found some cedar that needed replaced and did all of that, adding flashing and some extra work for the long term protection. I had both deck and patio doors replaced on my 35+ year old house. The patio doors could have been a bit tricky for a less experienced company, as door sizes today are slightly different than decades ago. However, the expert crews (one for the patio door and one for the deck) mastered the measurements, and then installed everything precisely. This thoughtful approach prevented damage to the house and trim work, saving us additional repair costs, which is much appreciated! Justin (project manager) did a superb job managing our expectations, keeping on top of schedules, and keeping us informed. After the job was finished and paid for, I found some damage to the Hardie siding hidden behind the railing. No worries with Safe Harbor, they quickly dispatched a technician and repaired the slightly damaged area to my satisfaction. If you love your house as we do, you cannot find a better company to maintain your investment than Safe Harbor Exteriors.
